I always see people finding these incredible hidden gems around Ontario and I kept wondering… how are they finding them? 😅

I’m a sucker for 𝘴𝘮𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘰𝘸𝘯𝘴 and 𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙦𝙪𝙚 independently owned 𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙨! Living in a small town myself I’m always up for a new spot to visit. ⁣

Recently Lexi and I ventured into Coldwater. The town didn’t disappoint. ❤️⁣

🐶 @thecottagedogpetshop purchased a frozen treat and some chews for Lexi ⁣
✨ @coldwatercoven spoke to a lovely gentleman and purchased a few trinkets ⁣
🧚🏼 checked out the cute fairy garden ⁣and admired the pollinator bumblebees
☕️ @_emscafe bought an iced London Fog (my new fave caffeinated drink) and a grilled veggie sandwich - enjoyed it on their picnic table by the river. Perfectly located away from ppl so Lexi was cool with it. ⁣

Okay I finally tried this app everyone’s been talking about and I get the hype now😬😏

I opened WANDRLAND, searched near me and it instantly pulled up a map full of hidden gems all over Ontario. That’s the thing. It makes exploring feel easy again🥹 (ya’ll don’t know how LOOOONNGGGG I research to find spots💀)

No overthinking. No scrolling for hours. Just pick a spot and go.

Here’s where I ended up:

🌿 Elora Quarry Conservation Area — a bright blue swimming hole tucked into limestone cliffs

🌿 Elora Gorge Lookout — canyon views, caves, and a whole river running through it

Sometimes the best adventures happen on the rainiest days.

My daughter and I decided to download the @wandrland.app and hit the road to uncover some hidden gems across Southern Ontario, a spot I haven’t been in years! Along the way, we explored charming small towns, unlocked new locations at each stop, picked up some delicious treats and local finds and took a trip down memory lane.

From Bayfield to Grand Bend and beyond, every destination revealed a new surprise. As for the fourth and final location…well I can’t tell@you that one as it is a mystery!
All I can say though is that it’s absolutely worth the trip.
