For 17 years, we’ve had the honor of building spaces for some of Seattle’s most iconic bars and restaurants. Great restaurants do more than serve food. They define a neighborhood and become the places where we gather, celebrate, and meet our neighbors. This Seattle Restaurant Week, we’re shining a light on a few of the local legends we’ve helped bring to life: 📍 Cocoa Legato, Greenwood 📍 COMO, Carillon Point-Kirkland 📍 El Encanto, Carillon Point-Kirkland 📍 Mioposto, Ravenna & Eastlake 📍 Jackalope Tex Mex, Columbia City 📍 Ristorante Machiavelli, Edmonds 📍 WeRise Wines, Belltown/Pike Place 📍 L'Oursin, Cherry Hill 📍 Harry's Fine Foods, Capitol Hill Every one of them started as an idea and a dream. Now they’re part of the fabric of the city. So what are you waiting for? Grab a table, support local, and taste the best of Seattle.

The Space. The Story. Different cities. Distinct spaces. The same attention to light, composition, and detail. An exterior reveals a building’s relationship to its surroundings. An interior connects form, materials, and light. A closer view brings craftsmanship into focus. People give the architecture scale and a sense of life. My approach brings those elements together into a cohesive collection of photographs that reflects the design intent and helps clients present their work at its best. For architects, designers, builders, and developers, these images support project launches, portfolios, award submissions, and ongoing marketing. Based in Dallas. Available for projects nationwide. Have a completed project coming up? Let’s discuss how we can tell its story. The brief was to capture an Arizona sunset, and the way warmth spreads across the desert as evening approaches. Having seen samples, the client left the palette to us. We then proposed two layouts, one using half circles and the other quarter-circles. The client liked them equally, so the project grew to include both. Which would you have chosen? Introducing the artistic board room at our @boot_barn_official project! Designed around functionality, the board room features two walls of glass that floods the space with natural light, and two walls dedicated to screens for seamless collaboration. With virtually no available wall space for artwork, the focal point has to come from somewhere; and there enters our custom fringe chandelier. We worked extensively with Mariella to create the perfect sculptural chandelier which becomes the art in the room. The piece draws inspiration from fringe details commonly found in western wear — which is fitting for a brand that sells western fashion apparel. The chandelier was shipped in two separate pieces and assembled on site, transforming the center of the room into a sculptural work of art. As light moves through the strands it casts a soft glow on the table below, creating visual interest without distraction from the functionality of the space or obstructing views from screens affixed to the walls. The surrounding materials continue the story. A black acoustic ceiling treatment adds depth while increasing performance. Three vintage rugs were carefully stitched together to create a single seamless foundation underneath the table, which prevents bunching as the chairs move throughout the day. Ombré seating transitions from black to cognac, while burnt wood finishes and cayman-embossed leather wallpaper adds richness, warmth, and a distinctly western-inspired character. This is a board room designed to perform — but memorable enough to make a lasting impression. Recently completed at La Jolla Commons, this repurposed space now serves as the three-building campus’ shared Conference Center and amenities space. The interior blends warm textures, refined finishes, and flexible hosting spaces with inviting outdoor areas designed to accommodate special events, meetings, and conferences. Scope of work included complete demolition of the previous space and a floor-to-ceiling interior transformation, with site improvements extending the hosting areas and specialized coordination among MEP, landscape, and A/V design teams. This project reflects our longstanding partnerships with American Assets, owner of La Jolla Commons, and trusted design partner Ware Malcomb—bringing another shared vision to life through collaboration, craftsmanship, and a commitment to creating spaces that bring people together.
