Located just minutes away from the Dayton International Airport, the project will feature 36' clear height, 34 dock doors, two drive-in doors, 26 knockout panels, 130 car spaces, 83 trailer stalls and 2,755 SF of office space. Para la nueva oficina de 1,000 m2 de MPA Group en Monterrey, México, nuestro equipo brindó servicios de arquitectura de interiores y diseño, enfocándose en crear un espacio de trabajo funcional, acogedor y profundamente conectado con sus usuarios.

El diseño integra áreas colaborativas, materiales cálidos, vegetación y una iluminación suave para fomentar un entorno laboral más cómodo y productivo. Un elemento geométrico azul en el techo aporta una identidad visual distintiva, otorgando al espacio un carácter dinámico sin perder un ambiente profesional.

El resultado es un espacio de trabajo sofisticado, bien planteado y preparado para adaptarse a las dinámicas laborales actuales de los equipos.

For MPA Group’s new 11,000 SF office in Monterrey, Mexico. Our team provided interior architecture and design services focused on creating a workplace that feels functional, inviting and distinctly connected to its users.

The design brings together collaborative areas, warm materiality, integrated greenery and soft lighting to support a more comfortable and productive work environment. A geometric blue ceiling feature adds a distinctive visual identity, giving the space a dynamic character while maintaining a professional atmosphere.

The result is a workplace that feels polished, purposeful and ready to support the way teams work today.

We were honored to attend the Mayoral ribbon-cutting for The Bellwether at 79 W. Monroe, the first completed office-to-residential conversion under Chicago's LaSalle Street Corridor Revitalization initiative.

Our team's design helped transform the historic 1905 Rector Building — long home to Bell Federal's iconic Weather Bell — into 117 new residences (35% affordable), while preserving the character that earned it Chicago Landmark status.
