DO NOT RUN BURJ2BURJ! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! 🛑🏃‍♂️💨🇦🇪

Look, we need to talk.

Before you go and sign up for 21.1KM of pure self-inflicted drama on Sunday, 24 January 2027, please consider these 5 very serious warnings:

1️⃣ Too Much Scenic Pressure: Running from Burj Khalifa to Burj Al Arab sounds cinematic, but you can’t even suffer in peace with 50 photographers catching your 6 AM struggle faces in 4K resolution.

2️⃣ Say Goodbye to Sleeping In: Your friends will be enjoying lazy Sunday coffees while you’re shivering in a start corral at 5:30 AM eating a gel that tastes like battery acid.

3️⃣ Ego Damage: "Fast and flat" just means you get passed by people casually speed-walking faster than your zone 5 sprint.

4️⃣ Heavy Medal Syndrome: The finisher medal is so big it’s basically an ergonomic health hazard.

5️⃣ The Monday Crab Walk: Good luck navigating office stairs on Monday morning. You will be walking sideways like a crab.

...In all seriousness, Burj2Burj is the most iconic half marathon in Dubai and you definitely don't want to miss it! 🔥

📍 Distance: 21.1KM
📅 Date: Sunday, 24 January 2027
⏰ Start: 6:00 AM

💬 Comment "BURJ" below and we’ll DM you the direct link to grab your registration pass before late sales close!

Proud to be a Burj2Burj Ambassador for the second year running.

Being surrounded by a great team is something I truly admire, a team that focuses on the details and stays connected to its community.

Working with people whose main goal is impact rather than money is what keeps the spirit of humanity alive.

Burj2Burj has played a big role in my life and created memories that I will never forget.

I’m excited for what’s ahead this season, and I truly believe this is just the beginning of Dubai’s most iconic race.

Onwards and upwards 📈

I’m incredibly honoured to be welcomed back on board as a 2027 Burj2Burj Ambassador. 🤩🏃‍♀️🙏

It’s hard to put into words just how much this event/community has changed my life.

Two years ago, I stood on the start line of Burj2Burj for my very first half marathon. At the time, I never would have imagined that one race would completely reshape the direction of my life.

Anyone today can build a company and work hard to get it off the ground. But NO ONE can do what @warrickmacnicol and the team at @burj2burj have done… they’ve brought communities and friendships together, inspired my own professional dreams/goals, and all while getting involved on a random weekday just have coffees or going for runs along kite beach with us normal peeps 🤣🤣
In what world would you find a CEO doing that. This is the most genuine and passionate company I’ve ever had the pleasure of working alongside. 🫡

Thank you for trusting me to be an ambassador. I can’t wait to help inspire more people to take that first step, because I know firsthand how much can change from a single start line.

2026 LFG 🚀🏃‍♀️⚡️💪🏼🇦🇪
