What a weekend it was at @im703middleeast #im703dubai

I had the privilage of not only working with and incredible team at @endurosupply_middleeast, but sold a @ventumracing_me to a customer that raced it the next day, MC'ed this incredible event with one of the greatest @ironmantri MC's... @paul.kaye and interviewed two of the worlds top athletes in @jesper_s90 and @kevportmann!

To say I am greatful for these opportunities and am blown away by the comments and messages from friend and others on how the MC'ing went, is an understatement!

I look forward to many more events like this and cant wait for the next opportunity to jump on the mic again!

IT'S NEVER A BAD TIME TO HAVE SOME FUN!

Such a epic evening with the talented @jarrydkellysmith yesterday!

J approached me earlier in the week asking to help grow and work on my socail game... lets be honest, not my strongest point!

After a couple takes/shots and quickly getting over the awkwardness of being infront of a camera, things started to click and some magic was produced!

This is just the start of the journey... and without giving to much away... i cant tell you how excited and greatful I am for things to come!

POWERING INTO THIS NEW WEEK!

Its been very easy to slip into the "Easy" choice over the past few month for some reason?

I am a firm beliver that we as humans, give ourselves way too many options... which in turn leads to negative decisions that we know are not beneficial to us!

So, this is me... taking a step in trying to limit my options and moving forward towards a life I want to live and love!

While others proudly flex their medals as half marathon finishers, these are the medals I hold closest to my heart - the people who worked tirelessly behind the scenes. They are the real medals to treasure behind Burj2Burj. While thousands crossed the finish line on race day, our race began long before the first step was taken and ended long after the last runner crossed. Ours was a journey built on passion and an unwavering commitment to bring a dream to life - to dream big, run hard, and race iconic.

A tough day out at @wildstrubelbyutmb for me!

Came to the race hoping for a strong performance and around a 10-11hr day and was given a 14h46min30sec suffer fest after spending a lot of the day 🤢🤮 on the side of the trail.

After my DNF at Mont Rose, I had to prove to myself that I could still suffer when it counts and happy to have done so!

Massive shout out to @lukenolan (4th in age) and @tomotton (10th). So happy to see your rewards for an epic summer in the mountains! by @warrickmacnicol
