At 17, Scarlet has her sights set on a career working with animals after finishing up at Warringa Park School. Before her FutureFIT session, she didn’t have high-quality clothing for an interview and had only a limited understanding of how to prepare and present herself professionally.

Through FutureFIT, Scarlet received quality clothing she loved and felt proud to wear, along with handy guidance on how to dress and present herself for an interview.

After her session, Scarlet said she felt very confident in the quality of the clothing she received and that the experience helped her understanding of how to dress and present herself for future opportunities.

FutureFIT is a collaboration between Big Group Hug and Ready Set Australia, helping young people build confidence and prepare for employment opportunities through professional styling and practical support.

The program operates from our Tarneit Hub, in a space proudly supported by Wyndham City Council.

We’d also like to thank Ford Australia for supporting this important work and helping young people feel ready to take their next step towards employment.

Today is R U OK Day.

I've spent the week at one of my favourite places, @warringaparkschool. Painting all the lovely students and members of staff really fills my cup and brings me so much joy.

This absolute legend always asks for a butterfly. This time she was wearing the perfect top for colour inspiration!

I hope from my little corner of the internet, I bring a smile to your face! 💛

Last night we had the pleasure of attending the Warringa Park School Expo in Werribee South 🙌

We loved connecting with students, families and educators, and sharing more about our newest development programs and post-school transition opportunities designed to support young people into their next chapter.

A special thank you to John, our Clinical Lead at ONCALL, for joining us on the afternoon and helping answer your thoughtful questions.

To everyone who stopped by to say hello, thank you for the conversations, the interest, and the warm welcome.

We’re excited about what’s ahead! 💙

Snoop Dogg’s visit to Warringa Park School was unforgettable for the students who jumped on the song with him. Take a look at what they think about it now.

A plant experiment turned into a pathway 🌱🥹 This year, we partnered with @allgreennurseryandgarden to compare traditional farming vs. smart farming, and ended up growing new jobs for our @warringaparkschool students!

Through our partnership, three students with diverse learning needs were invited to complete a 6-month paid work placement where they:

💚 got hands-on in All Green's traditional farm in Werribee South
💚 explored tech-powered farming in our Smart Farm
💚 gained confidence and independence
💚 experienced real work environments and routines
💚 discovered new possibilities for life after school that they may not have imagined before

A heartfelt thank you to the All Green team for opening your doors and showing what’s possible when local industry and education work together.

This is the kind of impact that can truly open up a young person's future 🤩

A Place To Grow, 2025. Mural - Digital print with hand-rendered elements

I was excited to collaborate with the speciality school ‘Warringa Park’, on this project. I used Adobe Illustrator to draw the main eucalyptus tree, the birds and background elements, and then tailored the students’ drawings to fit within the organic shapes.

The final result has the energy of many creative hands. Each drawing is filled with unique marks made by the students. The tree is a metaphor for connection, linking creativity, community, and the natural world.
