This @49ers Alumni Weekend is going to be especially meaningful to me because I have the opportunity to honor a woman who made a lasting impact on my life after my time playing with the San Francisco 49ers. During my transition from professional football into discovering my purpose beyond the game, Chantaine Fauntleroy (@tinaworships ) was someone who consistently encouraged me, prayed for me, and believed in what I could become. Her words helped push me forward, and I’ve never forgotten that. Since 2024, she has battled Triple Negative Breast Cancer three times, enduring chemotherapy, multiple surgeries, and radiation treatments. In April 2026, she was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer that has spread throughout her body. Despite being told there is no cure, her faith remains unwavering. Her words say it best: “I will believe the report of the Lord and LIVE! I’m going to live to see it happen!” I was able to make her dream come true by getting her two tickets to the 49ers vs. Washington Commanders Monday Night Football game during Alumni Weekend, allowing us to share this special experience together. For me, this is bigger than football. It’s an opportunity to give back to someone who poured into me when I was finding my way after the game, and to create a memory that celebrates her faith, strength, and the impact she’s had on my life. This is what IMPACT OVER INFLUENCE is all about. I’m incredibly grateful to the 49ers organization for helping make this moment possible. #BreastCancer #49ers #Love #nfl #breastcancerawareness

THE PRICE OF GREATNESS 🏈🔥 A huge thank you to @lwkangfootball for having me out last night to speak with the team! I had the opportunity to share some lessons, experiences, and gems from my journey in this game, from the University of Washington to the NFL, about what it truly takes to achieve greatness. My message was simple: Everybody wants greatness, but not everybody is willing to pay the price it requires. The sacrifices, discipline, accountability, preparation, and commitment to something bigger than yourself are what separate those who talk about it from those who live it. Lake Washington will always hold a special place in my heart. In the early days of @warrior.acad , the first athlete I trained who earned a college football scholarship came out of Lake Washington High School in @domonic_roussell . To come back years later and pour into the next generation was truly a full-circle moment. Special thank you to Coach Andy Arena and @lwgridiron for the invitation and opportunity to impact these young men! Greatness isn’t given. It’s earned through what you’re willing to do when nobody is watching. Keep building, keep believing, and keep elevating! The Warrior Way! ⚔️ IMPACT OVER INFLUENCE. #ThePriceOfGreatness #WarriorAcademy #LakeWashingtonFootball #TheWarriorWay #ImpactOverInfluence

What an amazing experience this week being part of Seattle’s inaugural NFL Wives Association Off The Field Girls Football Clinic! I had the opportunity to lead drills alongside some incredible coaches in @scotty_law @kerryocei and the @atavusfootball Team, @derrek.t.thomas @lofa_tatupu and current @seahawks QB @milticketfour . We were all there helping these young ladies develop their football skills, build confidence, and compete! The energy, enthusiasm, and athleticism these girls brought was OFF THE CHARTS! Huge shoutout to the @offthefieldnflwives and @dreacargill for bringing this incredible opportunity to the PNW! Thank you to all the coaches, volunteers, families, and supporters who helped make this event possible. Most importantly, shoutout to every young lady who showed up ready to learn, compete, and GET BETTER! The future of girls’ football is BRIGHT and I’m excited to be a part of it! This is why I love what I do. Football is bigger than the game. It’s about creating opportunities, building confidence, and making a lasting impact on the next generation of athletes! Grateful to be part of moments like these and excited to see where the game takes these young women! IMPACT OVER INFLUENCE! 🙏🏾🏈 #GirlsInSports #GirlsFlagFootball #WarriorAcademy #WomenInFootball #DiAndreCampbell

COACHES. PLAYERS. PARENTS. 🗣️🏈 I want you to really take in this message from Tom Brady on his career and the approach he took towards the adversity in his football journey. Talent and training matter, but MINDSET can separate you from everyone else. Stop pointing fingers and start looking in the mirror. Instead of asking what everyone else needs to do better, ask: “What can I do better?” Bring the energy. Bring the effort. Bring the enthusiasm. BRING THE JUICE DAILY! ⚡️ That mindset is contagious and can change your performance, your team, and your life. Control what you can control. Get better every day. Impact Over Influence. The Warrior Way! #WarriorAcademy #BringTheJuice #Mindset #Accountability #MotivationalMondays

From training sessions to GAME DAY. 🏈🔥 The best part of the work we do at @warrior.acad is watching the training translate when it matters. We work technique, build confidence, and challenge our athletes to raise the expectations they have for themselves. Tayos has been LOCKED IN all summer, putting in the work and sharpening his craft. Now we’re seeing those same techniques show up during the season. Proud of Tayos and all of our Warrior athletes making plays each week. Keep working. Keep growing. Keep elevating. The work translates. The Warrior Way. #WarriorAcademy #TheWarriorWay #FootballTraining #AthleteDevelopment #InSeasonTraining

Playing football taught me the game. Coaching has taught me people. One of the biggest things I’ve learned through coaching is that leadership isn’t about treating everyone the same. Every athlete is different. Some need to be challenged. Some need confidence. Some need patience. Some need to hear the truth even when it’s uncomfortable. My job isn’t just to teach technique or help someone become a better football player. It’s to learn who I’m coaching, meet them where they are, hold them to a standard, and help them become better than they were when they came to me. The older I get, the more I realize that some of the greatest lessons football has given me have very little to do with football. The game is the vehicle. People are the purpose. That’s leadership. Impact Over Influence. What’s one lesson a coach taught you that has stayed with you? #ImpactOverInfluence #Leadership #Coaching #DiAndreCampbell #TheWarriorWay

Defensive Backs — the receiver’s upper body can lie. The hips tell the truth. 👀🔒 In this @warrior.acad session, we worked on staying patient in coverage, keeping our eyes disciplined, and reading the receiver’s hips instead of reacting to every upper-body movement. Great receivers know how to sell routes. If you react to every head fake, shoulder lean, or arm movement, they’re controlling you. Stay patient. Trust your technique. Read what they give you. Then make your play. 💯 DBs: What are YOU looking at when you’re in coverage? Drop it in the comments 👇🏾 Develop through the season and Elevate Your Game the Warrior Way! #DiAndreCampbell #WarriorAcademy #DefensiveBackTraining #DBTraining #FootballDevelopment
