POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Perfect. Then I’d make sure the caption actually tags Joran and establishes Joran•alism as the reason she has no excuse not to post. 😂

🚨 RECRUIT 02 HAS BEEN SECURED.

Meet @its__joran its__joran, host of Joran•alism 🎙️

Her assignment? 30 days. 30 posts.

And honestly, Joran has NO excuse because sis has a whole podcast sitting there full of content. 😂 One episode can become clips, hot takes, funny moments, quotes, conversations and weeks of posts.

My job is to show her how to stop sitting on what she already created and START POSTING.

Let the recruitment begin. 🫡📱

Go show @its__joran its__joran some love and check out Joran•alism.

Recruit 01 is on my page if you need to see how this foolishness started. 😂

Disrupt the routine that you dread. We don’t have to live in our mental loops, break it✨🩵

Who are you without your career?

No title. No business. No degree. No accomplishments. No next goal.

Just you.

I realized I’ve spent so much time building that I forgot how to simply live without feeling guilty for not being “productive.”

Your career is something you do. It is not all of who you are.

And maybe we don’t need another perfectly mapped-out plan. Maybe we need to submit to what God has already spoken over our lives and trust Him enough to live while He leads. 🤎🙏🏾

So, if everything you accomplished disappeared tomorrow, would you still know who you are?

Today, I officially checked out of my internship with @insidestudiostl! ❤️

@brittanyktv_ ... God truly has His hands all over your life. Thank you for believing in me, pouring into me, guiding me. You saw something in me, challenged me to grow, and reminded me to trust the gifts God placed inside of me. Your impact on my life goes far beyond this internship, and I’ll never be able to thank you enough.

@watchlexgrow !! Thank you for every laugh, every smile, and every conversation that made the early mornings much meaningful! I know God has amazing things in store for you, and I can’t wait to watch you continue to shine.

I Love yall!

To @insidestudiostl, thank you for giving me an opportunity I’ll never forget. This experience changed me in more ways than you’ll ever know, and I’ll forever be grateful for every moment.

🔥 Hot Take: 🎥 What Pays My Bills Is Light Work

There’s no cockiness in experience. There’s only confidence.

I’ve been working with cameras since 2020. I earned a Film, TV & Video Production degree. I’ve produced films, managed productions, covered live events, worked in broadcast television, and built content for brands and organizations.

So yes, setting up lights is light work.
Leveling a tripod is light work.
Capturing clean audio is light work.
Building a shot list is light work.
Finding creative angles on the fly is light work.

Not because it’s easy.

Because I’ve done it thousands of times.

Practice doesn’t just make perfect; it makes permanent. 🎥

It’s okay to acknowledge that you’ve become skilled at something. It’s okay to recognize your expertise while still being committed to learning more.

Too many people confuse confidence with arrogance. The truth is, when you’ve put in the reps, what used to feel difficult starts to feel natural.

What pays my bills today used to be the thing I was nervous about trying.

Now it’s just another day at work.

Keep showing up. One day your hardest skill will become your light work. 💡

POV: You leave ABFF with a notebook full of ideas and a heart full of purpose. 🥹🎬✨

This week changed me.

From meaningful conversations with Steven Caple Jr. and Amber Reign 🤝🏾 to sitting in rooms with icons like Regina King and Iyanla Vanzant, every moment poured into me in a different way. @theamberreign @stevencaplejr

Films like Girl Dad, that showed a simple mission with layered characters can pull on my heart strings like never before ! The art of expression not only in the script but inserts!

How it’s all about the grind, work with what you have and more will come @slick_naim @datariturner

A special shoutout to the microdrama panelists and creators; you’ve completely shifted my perspective on where storytelling is headed. 📱🎭 My next project is already being deeply inspired by your innovation, and yes… I’m writing scripts as we speak. ✍🏾🔥 @alexisvrivera @calebdavisfilms @jaiharris @amari.k.jones @flaviamotsisi @jchapoteau @missvivacioust @courtneyarlett

ABFF reminded me that proximity matters. Get in the room. Shake the hand. Ask the question. Stay curious. Your life can change in a single conversation.

Grateful beyond words. This is only the beginning. 🖤🎥

Still inspired after attending this screening 🎬✨

Seeing talents like Country Wayne, Coco Jones, Nina Lee, and Stephen Lee bring a rom-com to life on the big screen reminded me why I love filmmaking and storytelling so much.

As a rom-com enthusiast and filmmaker myself, this motivated me even more to keep creating heartfelt, funny, chaotic Black stories that deserve to be seen. 🖤

And speaking of rom-com chaos… 👀

So your man misses your anniversary reservation… because he was busy gaming. 🎮😭

Yeah. Shauna is going THROUGH IT.

The real question is:
ARE YOU STAYING OR ARE YOU THROWING THE CONTROLLER? 👀💀

This is just one of the many chaotic moments from THE UNIVERSE CAN’T STOP US — the Black rom-com where literally EVERYTHING that can go wrong… does.

🍝💘 Full short film OUT NOW on YouTube

STL private dining experiences are going crazy with Chef Bailey & Co 👨🏾‍🍳✨

@chef_bailey_co invited me out to his elevated private dinner experience and yeah… this was top tier from start to finish. The plating, presentation, and flavors were all on point and you can tell this is a real deal chef behind it all.

From the burrata and mushroom croquette to the lobster, Salmon, and strawberry matcha panna cotta… every course felt intentional.

Big thanks to Chef Bailey for the invite. Don’t miss the next elevated experience because tickets are limited and these private dinners are definitely something special. 👨🏾‍🍳
