I have to bow down to @waterartisans - can you believe this was just a large rock hidden by brambles and ivy and now it’s something sooooo special!!! - the most extraordinary waterfall - looking natural and spectacular!!!

This has been a long time coming. There’s so much to say about this and I don’t know where to start!!!! My only design note was to make the pool as big as possible, keep it as natural as possible and keeping the large Acer was an absolute must.

A road had to be built to bring in all the large rocks. The slopes in this garden are steep, steep and steep!! Not to mention the relentless rain and slippery mud.

When we first tested the waterfall it was coming down in one place and we all felt like it needed to spread out across the large rock to keep it looking as natural as possible and haven’t they done something so incredible!!! I think this must be a first!!!

Fake waterfalls can often feel like a set but this one is just perfection!!! I’m so excited to be putting the finishing touches to the planting now it’s all done.

When I have more time I will try and find all the befores!! I’m so proud of the team @waterartisans - always extraordinary work but this one is formidable!!! (That’s French - please translate) 😂💚💚💚

Our @thechildrenssociety garden supported by @project.giving.back from @the_rhs Chelsea 2026 has been expertly relocated by @surroundingcounties.co.uk & is now officially open for business and settling into the community. A garden full of hope and safety for young people in & around Leighton Buzzard.

At the official opening it was great to see the young people who helped me to design the garden, using the garden and making it their own. A truly heart warming and soulfully enriching moment.

We are delighted to be partnering with @waterartisans 🎉

Based near Dorchester, Water Artisans is a small business specialising in the design, construction and care of natural swimming pools, ponds, water features and landscapes. Their specialist team have helped to create over 50 Chelsea Flower Show gardens, and every bespoke water feature and landscape is designed and built with care, with their chemical free, wildlife centred ethos at the heart of everything they do.

Introducing our new living ecosystem. 🌿💧🐦

The Garden at 120 has a new planted water feature designed to create new habitats for wildlife, support biodiversity in the City, and make the garden an even better place for everyone who visits.

As the planting grows, so will the wildlife. Expect more bees, birds, butterflies, and even dragonflies to call this rooftop oasis home.

Projects like this don't happen overnight. Huge thanks to the incredible team behind the transformation, including landscape architects @lucinsider, maintenance specialists @landformuk, @salix_river_and_wetland for the installation and @waterartisans for the water filtration system.

Here's to greener cities, thriving wildlife and spaces that give back.

Some gardens are designed to last a week.

This one was built to last a lifetime.

When @patrick_clarke_landscapes invited us to help relocate this garden for @thechildrenssociety , we knew it was about far more than moving materials from one place to another. It was about giving a story a new home.

A show garden is often seen by thousands of people before it’s taken apart. But the best gardens don’t end when the show closes, they begin when they’re given a purpose.

Today, this garden sits between a school and a youth hub, where it can make a real difference. A place for young people to explore, slow down, connect with nature and with each other. A place that will change with the seasons, become richer every year, and quietly become part of people’s lives.

This is the first film in a short series documenting that journey.

The planting will establish, the trees will mature and the materials will weather, but the most interesting part will be seeing how people use the space. We’re excited to watch this garden become part of everyday life at @thechildrenssociety and see the young people and team make it their own. 💚

Trussell's Together Garden is a Gold Medal and Best Construction Award Winner at this year's Chelsea Flower Show ✨

The garden is inspired by food banks, and how communities come together to help those in need. The water feature is the centerpiece and heart of the garden, providing a quiet space for reflection and tranquility.

We supplied Ardmore Paving and Copings in the water feature, Bespoke Luciano Mallets on the path that takes visitors around the garden,Langton Feature Stones and Rockery, and Somerset Buff Selfbinda in the seating area 💚

Congratulations once again to @robhardygardens , @peter_gregory_landscapes and everyone else involved in such an incredible garden. And as always, thanks to @elliewalpolephotographer for the beautiful photos!

I didn't manage to get a picture of just me yesterday, so here's one @honorrobertsgardendesign took of me (with @tilthandtrowel in the background) last week at @kneppwildlandfdn .

Today, we're focusing on the details of The Children’s Society Garden, as it was recently relocated to its forever home at Leighton Buzzard Youth Centre, where children and teenagers can spend time to reflect, talk and get the support they need.

This gorgeous garden won a Gold Medal at this year's Chelsea Flower Show, and we couldn't be more proud to have helped bring this space to life with Iron Ore, Crushed Brick, Derbyshire Gold Chippings & Selfbinda 🌿
