The past month has been a tough one in the running department 😅 You can do everything “right” and there’s always something out of your control. In this case, a misstep on a flat gravel path.
A big goal can disappear from the calendar in the blink of an eye, but the belief must stay. The fire needs to continue burning bright. I spent the better part of this year—outside of work—running and training my mind, body and soul to race in the elite field at the Run Rabbit Run 100 miler. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it to the start line. I went through the grieving process as one does but I noticed that I was able to move through it with grace, not dwell and immediately feel excitement for those racing and for the future. I didn’t feel FOMO I felt sad to miss the celebration. This is something to savor.
A lot of incredibly positive things have happened this year and that race was simply a bump on the larger timeline of our lives. It will be there again as will other opportunities to toe the line. This reset has been an opportunity to focus and reflect on what truly matters in life— and I’ve concluded that community, health, love, kindness and hope are pretty high on the list.

Thank you for everyone in my corner, you not only support me but you make me a better person along the way 💕

Do you have tennis elbow? Do you get pain in your forms or hands? Do you have limited range of motion in your elbow? Do you have tendinitis? In this video, we will look at releasing the fascia in the forearms, around the elbow, and in the palms. Releasing the fascia can help increase circulation, improve pain, and help open up the area for deeper / muscle release work. Give these releases a try and let me know what you think in the comments below!

In this video, we use The Wave Tool from @wavetoolstherapy 🩵 This is the tool that I, personally, use at home and with clients. It is extremely economically, friendly and easy to use. This tool was created by a physical therapist for practitioners and those looking to release their tissue at home. I love this product so much and I hope you do too! If you’d like to purchase The Wave Tool, go to the link in my bio or www.wavetoolstherapy.com and use code ELITE15 for 15% off!
