For a long time, hardship was how I survived.

Now I’m curious about what it can teach me:
Who do I become when I’m tired, uncomfortable, and unsure I can keep going?

That’s part of why I’m drawn to this 650 km relay. @runtomtl The running matters, but so does everything around it: the exhaustion, the doubt, the people beside you, and the choice to keep showing up.

Not because we need to prove we can suffer. Because sometimes, in the hard moments, we meet parts of ourselves we can carry into the rest of our lives.

On November 4–7, the @shiftandplayrelay team takes off to run 650 kilometres from Toronto to Montréal. Follow our journey!

Meet our team lead, @coachnatasia
Natasia Schumacher.

Coach. Founder. Mother. Partner... Running is the one place where she can put every role and responsibility down. She does not have to be anything for anyone. She can simply be herself.

Natasia brings the vision, but more importantly, she brings INTEGRITY. The commitment to keep what we say, what we do and what we are creating together aligned.

This journey is not about one person leading from the front. It is about 13 people moving as one.

10 runners. 3 support crew. 650 kilometres. One team.

Toronto to Montréal. November 4 to 7, 2026. @runtomtl

Voici Eric Cormier, membre de notre équipe de soutien. 🚐 @eric_epixtraining
