My work is on the cover of the @nytmag. I am deeply honored (and I never say deeply!). It’s a story about my OG, about fatherhood, about the life, about my hometown, about art, about about about. It’s a story that was 18 months in the making (the longest time I’ve ever worked on a magazine piece). Whatever it is, it would not be without my brilliant and indefatigable editor @sashagila, without Bill, without Jake, without @waynelawrence’s extraordinary images, without the people who allowed me to tap their memories, and most of all, without my OG. Read it online now and in print on Sunday. #theog #503 #oregon #NEP #litlifeislife #coverstory #nytmag

“Anansi had his stories and spun them far and away. How did they travel? I’ll tell you this from West Africa to the West Indies and the American Deep South, the stories live on with a few different twists and shouts.”

Till This day, one of my most viral n fav photo of my career.

It’s crazy 6yrs ago this was shot- n is still making rounds.

From the memes to people randomly still posting- as a model: it’s a honor to still have my old work in rotation w/ new work.

Most models gotta post every 5secs to keep light or attention. But for me the quality of my work keep me in rotation;n for that forever grateful🫡🥲🖤🤴🏾 Quality over Quantity 👊🏾🖤
