I'm not going to lie — 2023 was a shit year for me. From being laid off at the beginning of the year, I spent most of the year job hunting, not traveling, worrying about how to extend my savings after unemployment ran out and dealing with family drama. I'm still unemployed, accumulating debt and dealing with constant waves of anxiety/depression. But I did manage to find some highlights of 2023 that I did get to enjoy despite the circumstances. Hopefully 2024 is a better year for me.

A wheely fun time at a 1970s-style roller rink 🛼

📍 Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace
The iconic rink at Rockefeller Center has transformed into a roller rink and is opening tomorrow, April 15!

Did you know❓
It's the first time a roller skating rink has been in Rockefeller Center since 1940.

🔵 please help! if you see a blue couch or picked one up off the street me and my friends just recently set it outside on the sidewalk in New York City to dry after spilling all of our coffees from our Saturday morning meet up! It disappeared with no trace. 🙏

Jokes aside, maybe we need a blue couch 🛋️
