Meet @we.are.gather , the creative team behind some of Australia’s most exciting event experiences, and the proud winners of Small Event Agency of the Year at the 2025 Australian Event Awards.

“Winning Small Event Agency of the Year was a pivotal moment for our hard-working team. It validated our ambition and sparked incredible industry interest."

Since their win, the team has celebrated a complete sell-out of Pair’d Margaret River Region presented by Range Rover 2025, welcomed Sydney Fish Market’s first million visitors, and returned to the desert for Parrtjima.

For a growing business, recognition at the Australian Event Awards can be transformative.

“We’ve grown our team members and felt a massive surge in momentum. Having people cheer for you from the sidelines, even people you don’t know, really helps spur you on to that next level.”

Thinking about entering in 2026? Take it from We Are Gather, industry recognition can be a true game-changer.

This year, in collaboration with We Are Gather & Artists in Motion, The Ranges Show component of Parrtjima was reimagined in a fresh new light. Combined with a new story line, music, content and a stunning new design from AIM that added our ROE Visual Vanish LED screens to the foreground, the show that spans more than a kilometre with the West Macdonell Ranges as the backdrop, created a new, deeply immersive experience for attendees.

After a wetter than usual Summer, the Red Centre revealed a greener side, pushing us to refine the palette and rethink contrast so visuals still cut through against the typically red, but now bright green, Ranges.

Great to be back for its eleventh year and we look forward to seeing how it continues to evolve next year.

This has been my third visit back to Sing up and share here @parrtjimaaustralia. Feel so blessed thank you.

Parrtjima is held on Mparntwe (Alice Springs), which is connected to the people of Mparntwe, Antulye and Irlpme nations, humbled and thanks for the warm welcoming always.

Always amazing catching up with Hermansburg Family, keep our connections strong. I stayed on to catch the unstoppable Sis @barkaa__ bring in the mob to Parritjima.

Thanks You Alice Springs.

St Creative PR is NINE! With so many incredible clients, friends & adventures along the way ❤️@stcreativepr has always been just me @stickysarah, my laptop, lots of long days + late nights & even more big ideas, that I’ve put my heart & soul into delivering for my clients. Having that flexibility has allowed me to split my time between Melbourne, Sydney and Perth, travel the world & be a super hands on mum - which I’m SO grateful for. Nine years on, I still don’t have a website, but I do have a waitlist of clients - which perfectly demonstrates the power of word of mouth advocacy & PR! Thank you to everyone who’s supported me over the years & here’s to many more! ❤️❤️❤️

Lighting the way for culture and connection.

Parrtjima is the first authentic Aboriginal light festival of its kind. A free, 10-night celebration held in Alice Springs, where Country becomes the canvas.

Combining storytelling, art and cutting-edge technology, the festival honours years of cultural knowledge in a powerful contemporary form.

Awarded Best in Class in our Built Environment, Installation Design category. Congratulations!

There’s a certain kind of energy that happens at Skigh when great producers come together. New Wave captured that feeling from the very first pour.

Across the weekend, @skigh_wine felt alive with people tasting, talking, and discovering the region through the producers who poured with us. Today we’re spotlighting those who brought serious quality and a lot of personality to our cellar door:

@dormilonawine // @dreambirdwines // @amatovinocellar // @ludamalawine // @winesofmerritt // @windance_estate // @walshandsons // @sivintners // @goontycoons // @jingalupwines // @thegrovedistillery // @eaglebaybrewingco

It was a rare chance to see so many boundary-pushing labels in one place, connecting directly with the people who shape the future of the region.

@nickryanwine and @tompbowles set the pace with masterclasses that sharpened the palate and elevated the whole experience, a genuine highlight of the weekend… As part of @pairdfestival, New Wave was one chapter in a weekend shaped by the phenomenal @we.are.gather and @ahoy_mgmt 🫶🫶

➡️ Swipe to see what our market stalls looked like from the Skigh 😉

What an unforgettable weekend! 🥂

A full house of wine wanderers, food lovers, and music seekers from across the globe came together to celebrate just how special the Margaret River Region truly is.

From world-class drops to flavours that tell a story, beats beneath towering trees, and that magic coastal air...this place is unlike anywhere else.

As Tom Parker Bowles said, “the best festival in the world,” and we couldn’t agree more.

And watching Francis Mallmann fall in love with our coastline and ancient forests was pure joy.

Here’s to the region, the people, and the moments we’ll be talking about for years. 🍷

Forest Fairy Personality Unlocked! 🧚🌳

Completely blown away & in awe of Nature’s Table long lunch in the middle of the forest for 200 people at @pairdfestival!

5 courses of the most delectable food, with fresh herbs foraged in the forest that morning while we listened to the birds, trees, harp & each other 🥹. One of the most magical long lunch experiences I’ve ever had!! A MUST DO if you make it to @pairdfestival next year! 💚🧚

My love for trees (& food 😉) runs deep and this was such a magical and whimsical experience! 🥹🧚🙏
