A wonderful day @locharmillwellness sauna, cold dip and lunch of home made soup, sourdough and brownies all set in their indoor/outdoor dining room.

From the Bluetooth speaker in the sauna, the hats and dry robes, changing cabin, tea and coffee to warm you up after, a hot shower, a cold shower and plenty of space to just exist and take in the scenery and the sounds of the river.

There’s also studio space, and plenty of outdoor space for yoga, retreats, co-working days, events and even workshops…I mean imagine going to a workshop and then nipping into the sauna afterwards, dreamy 💭

If you’re thinking a day with pals, with work people, a space to hold events, classes or gatherings it’s definitely worth taking a look, the venue and the views are more beautiful than you can imagine.

Yes… we’re doing it again 🥳🔥🌅

Another Summer Sauna Party!

After the lovely response to the last one, we couldn’t resist another evening of sauna, dips, pizza, kombucha, stretch & relax yoga (weather permitting), whisking and good fun.

And if you thought this was happening on a Sunday, we’re sorry! We couldn’t make the Sunday work, so it’s now Saturday 15th August, 6–9pm.

Think calm water, warm saunas, fun beats in one sauna, a social sauna in the other, and that lovely end-of-summer feeling before autumn starts sneaking in.

✨ Limited spaces available
📍 Castle Semple Loch, Lochwinnoch
