It was such a pleasure to chat with Catie Gett from @thestaplestore (and @catie_gett @weare_futurelove) on the #podcast recently.

We talked about what it really took to build a much-loved bricks-and-mortar business, the incredibly difficult decision to close it after 12 years, and how that journey ultimately led her to where she is today.

Catie’s mission is to help people approach health in a way that feels accessible, realistic and joyful, rather than something reserved for those with endless time, money or expensive supplements.

We also chatted about her stunning new book, The Staple Store Cookbook Volume 1, which is as beautiful as it is practical and is filling with accessible affordable recipes.

If you’ve ever navigated a big business pivot, wondered when it’s time to let something go, or simply want inspiration for creating a healthier life on a budget, this conversation is for you.

Thank you sooo much @catie_gett for sharing your wisdom and learning x

So very grateful for all your lovely orders ~ and so lovely to read such a wonderful review this afternoon 🫶

“For some reason only known to Aust Post my parcel landed in my city and then flew off to Melb before coming home to me... and yet even with the extra turbulence, Maddy had packed everything so well (and beautifully!) that it arrived safe and sound! I’m wearing my Grown jumper in Herb on heavy rotation, my Muddy Kip mugs are a delight and I have zero regrets with any of the other treasures I gifted myself. Thankyou Maddy, for not only a delightful physical store, but for making the online experience magical also” 🫶
