Today was an incredibly special day. I was honoured to speak at a fundraiser for the ONJ Cancer and Wellness Centre, hosted by the lovely Alex Yon from Abound Group.

Alex created this event after losing her beautiful younger sister to cancer. Hearing her story and seeing photos of her sister moved many of us to tears. Having her family there made the day even more special. Alex’s love and courage in bringing people together to support the Centre was deeply inspiring.

I joined Suji Sanjeevan to talk about women in business and shared my vision for whole foods to be given a much greater priority in improving the health of Australians. Food is more than calories and protein. The quality and variety of whole food ingredients can support our health in so many ways, and I would love to see this recognised more widely.

John Easterling captivated the room as he spoke about the importance of whole body wellness and how nature provides so much of what we need, it’s all within our access. Chloe Lattanzi’s heartfelt tribute to her mother was beautiful. Olivia’s legacy continues to inspire so many.

Thank you to everyone who made today possible, the Be Fit Food team for being there with me, and By Nedi for my makeup. It was a privilege to support the ONJ Centre and its important work.
