lando norris has one of those personal brands that’s REALLY easy to recognize. the colors, fonts and graphic themes are all signature to him and everything feels like it belongs to the same system. and that’s what makes this redesign experiment so difficult. because when a logo already has this much recognition, the goal shouldn’t be to completely reinvent it just because you CAN. you have to figure out what’s actually worth changing… and what needs to stay. especially when the original logo already has a great idea built into it with the hidden number 4. so for this logo redesign exercise, i wanted to see if i could integrate the number 1 without losing the spirit of the original. same silhouette, visual language and connection… BUT with one new detail added to reflect where his career has gone. adding a 1 without pulling all the visual weight. i think that’s an important lesson in branding in general. sometimes a rebrand needs a completely new direction. other times the strongest move is figuring out how to move the identity forward WITHOUT losing all the recognition you’ve already built. this is one of those cases where i slight evolution can make an impact. shoutout to all the various designers involved in the LN4 branding as it’s incredible. shout them out if i missed any. @jasobibb @wearegrip @offbrand.studio @lando @lnfour #logo #branding #landonorris #f1 #mclaren

As someone who is a massive Max Verstappen fan, it was an absolute treat to see Verstappen Racing’s GT3 car perform the hillclimb at FOS 2026. With the Bulgarian Lion, @nikola_tsolov behind the wheel, the drive was incredible.
