* Iron (for tiredness)
* Menopause
* Prostate

* Vitamin D
* Covid Antibody
* Blood Group

How many times before my ‘ohhhhhhh what an amazing week’ captions start to become boring?

I think each week feels amazing because I’m trying my very best (it is not always easy!) to find the joy and the ‘amazing’ in the everyday things. Swipe to see what I got up to 👉🏼✨

🙋🏻‍♀️ met someone who does the same pose as me 😂 @emmajdh (also this is the magic and the power of Instagram. Never met before, a few mutual friends, one DM later and we’re hanging out and chatting all day. Love it🥹!)

🍳 @piquecafe just became my favourite new brunch spot in Battersea

☔️ it’s raining @leebailespt

🍑 more new connections. First workout with @_laylafit and hope it won’t be the last 🫶🏼🫶🏼

💁🏻‍♀️ out of lyrca

💪🏼 more Hyrox workouts!

♥️ all dressed up and actually somewhere to go!

💙🫁 on a high after a @1rebeluk breathwork session @elevenbreathwork

❤️‍🔥 post @showupapp_ strength feels 💪🏼💪🏼

Let’s have another good week lovely people x
