Members Only ft. Natalie Kathleen 🤍 There’s something powerful about hearing how another woman is actually moving through it—motherhood, work, identity, all at once. For Natalie, it’s the intention behind it all. Protecting her mental space. Creating small pockets of quiet. Letting clarity come from simply asking herself the question and sitting with the answer. And the reminder we all need: there’s no single way to do this—only what feels right for you and your family. To get an inside look at future newsletters, subscribe through the link in bio.

My everything :) More memories, more love, same favorite people. Celebrated another lap around the sun together, outside, soaking up a few days on the Roman coast between board games & bikes, first tennis hits, a little relax + a little action… and a whole lot of appreciation for the years that brought me here xx

When in Rome… Gelato is a daily occurrence. Dinners in hi-low fashion are a must: the around the corner pasta alla Gricia one day, followed by La Pergola 4hr experience the next, perfecto. Dresses with sneakers (Jibs, of course), heels with denims- Romans really do wear it all well, with confidence. Cornetto for breakfast, pizza for lunch, pasta for dinner covers all major food groups, right? And a generous pour of grapes (liquid form) tops up fruit & veg balance :) So much green goodness and tranquil moments tucked right next to the tourist trappings, Villa Agrippinagranmelia (that pool!), La Jardin (those Romans know how to brunch!), and up high at Hotel Hassler (best. view. ever.). City trip life officially back… four-year scooter pause over, with Faena following in her mama’s (slightly questionable) daredevil footsteps… at least while the policia aren’t looking ;) Bonus: Airbnb vacuum = endless entertainment for a 3.5-year-old

Before you mentally close the book on BFCM (which we know feels like forever ago at this point), we pulled the top takeaways our founder members shared from this year below. We strongly recommend doing an internal debrief on the biggest shopping weekend of the year - so you remember what worked well (and what didn’t) for next year! ✋Simple offers performed better than complex ones: Sitewide discounts and one or two clearly defined sale periods consistently outperformed layered offers and rolling deals. ✋Planning earlier changed outcomes: Brands that locked their plans earlier launched more smoothly and saw stronger results than those building as they went ✋Overly long promo calendars didn’t pay off: Stretched-out campaigns with frequent changes (such as 12 days of Christmas) created more work without meaningfully increasing revenue. ✋Reduce cart friction before increasing discounts: Auto-applied promos and clearly visible payment options improved conversion without requiring deeper markdowns. ✋Don’t reinvent the wheel next year: The creative that performed best this BFCM is your starting point for next year. Small iterations beat starting from scratch. ✋Momentum after BFCM matters: Brands that planned follow-ups and post-sale visibility kept sales moving after the weekend ended. What were the lessons you learned this year? 👟: plugging our fav shoe brand @wearejibs because we wear them ALL the time. Can elevate any outfit, comfortably.

It may have been his birthday trip, but no surprise it was still all about her — one of the many reasons I adore him, all in on this family chapter of life. (Not shown: the negotiation about not wearing a bathing suits to dinner…)
