Rich in life not because of the things that I have, but because of the experiences.

The stuff is just a part of the human experience 🤑

But actually, these are some of my favorite products and brands and I don’t take promoting them lightly. Aligning with the integrity and purpose of brands is the most important thing in anything I consume or promote.

And because I don’t gatekeep on the deals, here’s a list of some of my favorite brands that I truly believe in, and that have been integral in my health, wellness, and healing journey.

These are all a part of my personal practice, my devoted rituals. Elevate your routine into a ritual with some of my favs here 🤍

Still trying to frame my videos 😅 I have zero patience 🤪

Chop chop my practice with @wearesati — I picked the greatest hits:
1. Opening my heart for Asteya practice in Fish pose and Supta Baddha Konasana merge
2. Vinyasa
3. Vasisthasana (side plank) — spectacular fall included 😆
4. One of my favs: Puppy pose 🐶
5. “Watch out with your knees” type of backbend 😉
6. Dhanurasana — Bow pose
7. Urdhva Dhanurasana — Bridge pose
8. Plow to headless fold
9. Challenging my Headstand 🧘‍♀️

Beach. Dogs. Yoga. The holy trinity of happiness. But if you had to put them in order of awesomeness… what’s your list?

Mine is:
1- dogs
2- yoga
3- beach

Beach days are magic, yoga keeps me sane, but dogs… they win every time What’s your order?
