🌾 Devon’s Harvest Festival 🌾

Over a month ago, we welcomed hundereds of visitors to the very first Devon’s Harvest Festival, and it’s safe to say it was our favourite day of the year.

From tractor-trailer rides and live cooking demonstrations to rural skills, local food and our pop-up farmers market, the farm was buzzing with people coming together to celebrate the best of Devon’s countryside.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, supported local producers, and helped make the day such a success. We’re excited to bring more events like this to farms across the region and hope this festival continues to grow year after year 🧡

Five reasons to love our organic sprouted oats 🌱

• Minerals that actually reach you. Almost all oats are heat-treated, which costs them their nutritional potential. Sprouting protects it, and can cut phytic acid by up to 60% (Queen's University Belfast), freeing more of the iron, zinc, magnesium and calcium for your body.

• Easier on your gut. Germination begins breaking the grain down before it ever reaches you, so there's less work for your digestive system.

• You can taste it. Sprouting changes the grain from the inside out. It's richer and nuttier in flavour as a result.

• Grown without glyphosate. Sprayed on conventional oats before harvest, it leaves residues in the grain and a lasting burden in the soil and waterways. Organic certification prohibits it entirely.

• A family sprouting since 1984. We come from a family that's grown organic sprouts in Devon since 1984. Oats are our own addition: the family craft, in your morning bowl. 🌱

Hi, I’m Raife, co-founder of Sprouted with my wife, Kelda 👋

I’m so excited to share our new adventure with you, bringing over a decade of sprouting experience and Kelda’s family heritage into everyday food.

Sprouting is one of the oldest ways to make food more nutritious. As a seed wakes up, it breaks down the phytic acid that locks away its minerals, leaving more of the goodness for our bodies.

Even knowing food as well as we do, we couldn’t buy for our own kids without compromising. So we’re making it ourselves, sprouted, organic and convenient. Oats are just where we’re starting.

We call it HIGH · FREQUENCY · FOOD: organic food at its highest possible value, to the person eating it, the land it grew on, and all life that lives upon it.

Our first chapter is sprouted oats. There’s more to come.

From our family to yours,
welcome to Sprouted. 🌱

The hearts behind SPROUTED 🌱

We believe that the way we nourish ourselves is deeply connected to the way we care for the Earth.

ALIVE Organic Sprouted Oats was born from our shared love of nature, family and a desire to create something meaningful for the next generation.

Rooted in a family tradition of organic sprouting since 1984, we’re bringing generations of knowledge together with our own vision of food that honours the Earth.

For us, it’s about more than oats. It’s about celebrating the extraordinary potential of a single seed, the ancient wisdom of sprouting and the beautiful interconnectedness of all living things.

With love,
Kelda & Raife x

In these strange and trembling times,
when the world feels as though it’s loosening at the seams,
come back, gently,
to the present moment.

To the miracle of waking.
To the quiet rhythm of your breath,
the steady pulse of your heart,
the soft, flickering light of your mind.

How rare it is,
how astonishing,
to be here at all.

Tell the ones you love, that you love them
don’t wait for a better moment.
Hold your family a little closer.
Let kindness spill over, even to strangers passing by.

Be generous with your laughter.
Let it rise, unguarded.

Dance when the music finds you.
Walk where the earth still whispers.
Rest when your body asks.

And when it comes
the tears, the ache, the overwhelm
let it move through you.
Breathe.
Scream if you must.

But above all,
in the midst of it all

live. ✨
