Have you ever taken a bit of time off from your workouts, only to go back to them and THEY’RE SO HARD and it sucks so bad!?

That’s me right now.
Let’s this be a reminder to everyone to never stop completely. If not only to avoid the suck after you restart 😆

But remember, there’s a little thing called muscle memory that will help you get back to where you were. You don’t lose your ‘fitness’ over night, so it won’t come back over night either.

For me, I know it’ll be one day in a few weeks and I’ll crush a workout and I’ll realize “hey, that didn’t suck so much...” and that’s when you know it’s time to ramp it up again 👌🏻

Ok, BRB, I have to go spend 15 minutes climbing the stairs up to bed.

Heya 👋 I’m Amy and I’m your nutrition coach. I recently took a week off a social media (as I do every 6 weeks or so), so I thought I would come back with a few facts about me.

☝️I’ve been a coach for 7 years now. Im a nutrition coach online and in person at @lusinesherbrooke and coach clients in both English and French.

✌️Originally from Brantford, Ontario, i moved to Sherbrooke, QC about 5 years ago for school.

🤟I’m on the last haul of completing my PhD at the @usherbrooke in Forest Ecology. Not at all related to nutrition coaching, but hey a girls gotta keep her options open.

🖖 I love a good cocktail or craft beer. I’m a sucker for a tasty gin, a smooth scotch, an old fashioned and a hoppy IPA (preferably not all at once).

🖐 My ideal Saturday consists of a morning workout, an afternoon visit to HomeSense or Chapters with my sister @jwothers22, followed by an evening of cleaning and organizing while Friends plays in the background.

Feel free to address all questions and comments as to the randomness of my life or nutrition in general in the comments 😆 Thanks for following along!
