the more I awaken the more I realize that peacekeeping and peace are not the same thing one can require you to swallow your truth the other requires you to live it I KNOW WHICH ONE IM CHOOSING!! Authenticity for the win 🏆

Every time you consciously choose a new response to an old trigger, you are rewiring your subconscious to a completely different reality. Slow down, rather than react, and eventually the things that once controlled your emotional state loose their authority over you. This is how you actually reclaim your power. You become someone your past can no longer command. Become a conscious creator of your reality!!! 👩‍🎨🖌️👨‍🎨🎨

I’ve spent some time experimenting with all different types of meditation practices - and I love all of them. I love self-directed techniques to work directly with myself. And I love guided recordings for the ease of listening and focusing on a specific subject, whether it’s for a full moon, self-love, or abundance! Sound baths are one of my favorites too. They can be super effective for calming the mind and body. Same goes for breath work - in my opinion, it’s the best way to quickly change your state from flight or flight to rest and digest… For a deeper dive all about the power of meditation, different methods, and my best advice, comment “workout” ! 🧠💝

Sustained attention - your ability to hold focus and intention on something without drifting. It’s not a fixed trait. It’s a capacity that strengthens with use and atrophies without it. “Modern life” is full of overstimulation overload - whether it’s technology, food, work, high traffic environments, background noise everywhere… Meditation is the fix - it is attention training - you notice your mind wandering, you bring it back. That “bringing back” is the rep. Consistent practice strengthens your mental resilience, emotional regulation, and neuroplasticity - your ability to navigate life with more ease, clarity, and direct intention. No wonder all the spiritual masters that can bend reality are meditation athletes!!!

Aligning with the moon can fix what no productivity hack can… Maybe you’re not “off.” Maybe, you’re just out of phase. Maybe you’ve been calling it a mood. A slump. A lack of discipline. But what if the thing you keep fighting has a name — and it’s not a flaw? The MOON shifts your sleep, your hormones, your emotional baseline. Not metaphorically. There’s research on tidal influence on circadian rhythms, on menstrual cycles tracking lunar periods for thousands of years, on full-moon insomnia showing up in hospital admission data… You don’t have to believe the moon “controls” you. You just have to stop blaming yourself for a rhythm you were never built to override. Aligning with the moon isn’t about adding another thing to manage — it’s about finally giving your natural rhythm permission to exist, which makes everything else easier! Comment “clockwork” for a deeper dive with my best advice! 🌚🌚🌚🌚🌚🌚🌚

Comment “clockwork” to read all the details about aligning with and channeling the energy of the sun! Committing to actually watching either sunrise, sunset, or both for at least a few minutes every day can be life changing - this will deepen your awareness and alignment overall, aligning your circadian rhythm with the natural flow of the cosmos! P.S. to my astrology people - comment your sun sign!!!

CLIMB MORE TREES!!! When was the last time you elevated yourself into the High branches of our Ancestors? They have called this realm home, longer than we can claim as Hue-mans… One of my favorite past-times is to climb through the canopy of Creation. The trees talk, they speak to us through energy, frequency. Ya’ll ever heard of GROUNDING? Essentially everything is made of energy; we even transfer and transmute it. Argue with the quantum physicist, if you won’t believe me. The trees hold an ancient intelligence that helps regulate the human body. When we take off the sole-prisons (synthetic rubber shoes) and bare our souls to the ground, we start trading energy with Mother Earth. She gives us NEGATIVE IONS and we give back, the POSITIVE IONS. Like an energetic 0.01 micron filter. The benefits of grounding include reducing inflammation, improved sleep quality, decreased stress, a boost in cardiovascular health, and it also helps lower pain levels, plus much more! If you’re not ready to fully jump in to the barefoot lifestyle, check out the Earthing link in bio for some great grounding products that I use to supplement when I’m not physically grounded into Mother Earth 🌳

Nomadic life update: battery secured and we’re mobile again! Three weeks spent at another new second home to us @casadeluz_atx ❤️‍🔥 We’ve been feeling the love and gratitude for all the connections made in this beautiful, extraordinary community! So much love and support came our way, and really, there’s no better place for us to have been “stuck” at… Casa De Luz embodies the principles of our shared mission: in Wayo’s words, “Food is only the vehicle. The deeper work is connection, service, community, and the discovery that the giving of ourselves can nourish us as profoundly as it nourishes others.” We wouldn’t be back on the road if it weren’t for the love and generosity of our new amazing family made here! One might think it blows to be broken down in one spot for weeks, however we see it all as a great gift, a perfect divine happenstance 💝 Forever grateful to be a part of the Casa De Luz family! And just to bring this to awareness - everything happens for a reason, ultimately for your highest good ⚡️

Trix are for kids, why don’t we sit with ourselves more? When was the last time you were bored? Be honest with yourself. So many minor distractions lead to a lot of time spent unintentionally, a big one for me is eating while distracted via technology. I intentionally experienced a 7 day fast, I felt like time was moving slower the deeper I went into it. The hunger quiets down, the mind clears, the anandamide flows. It is a truly blissful state of being. All this led to the realization of how much time I spend around prepping, cooking, and eating food. A LOT. I still LOVE to cook, eat and share my creations in the kitchen, it’s yoga to me. It fills my heart to feed people. Shit, I wonder how much time I could spend doing that instead of being on my phone throughout the day. Also Trix is an artificial, highly processed, synthesized, imperial sugar loaded TRICK, and is definitely not made for human consumption. The human body can perform miracles, and adapt but at what cost? Brain cells and bone marrow. Just eat some fruit. Sugar made from sunlight= GOOD! Sugar made from petroleum = BAD! Enjoy your Free Will! Let’s expand on substack @weberoflight

Seriously though, don’t come to me expecting small talk 🪬 I like to go DEEP. Like the limitlessness of the Universe and multiple dimensions of consciousness deep. Or the long time prophesied great awakening we’re in and the shift from 3D to 5D deep. Or how beings way older than us are the ones really running the show, deep. In all seriousness, reality is a reflection of our innermost self. And the journey of finding self is what it’s all about!!! Over on my substack @PhiloSophia the seeds for a garden of an awakening community are starting grow, and I’d love to have YOU a part of it! Cordially, ❤️ Love of Wisdom ✨ Idea cred the OG @thebalancedblonde !!!

The expansion is real once you realize the only person you’re ever really fighting is yourself… You are the main character of your movie. Everything that happens in your movie is a reflection of your innermost self. Every person, place, animal, situation, etc. - side characters and happenstances in YOUR story that YOU chose to interact with for your own growth. Leveling up in the game happens when you stop looking at what’s holding you back externally and evolve what’s internal. The old me doesn’t stand a chance against who I am now. Because who I am now IS the old me - when you integrate the SHADOWS… Face yourself, and fear not. We are the Singularity.
