I’ve devoted my energy, time, passion, & honestly my everything to these two babies the last 10 months.
They have both been a massive labor of love. 💕
It took my all to create this journal and it’s no coincidence it lined up exactly with the creation & birth of our Rosie girl.

The @wedding.wellness mindfulness journal has been a dream of mine for years after watching bride after bride WANT to be present on their wedding day but not sure how to be present. It will guide the bride or couple through their engagement season mindfully while offering grounding daily to keep their mental health and relationship at the forefront during wedding planning.

Weddings are a major rites of passage.
We need weddings because they are these ceremonies and rituals that help take us from one season of life to another.
What happens during the wedding season is a life transition not only for the couple but also the families.

Relationships dynmics are being thrown up in the air and changed in this season with heightened emotions due to all the change!
Weddding days are not only about the couple, it’s also about the families.
This is my very favorite thing to photograph on wedding days, family emotions.

These images were taken over the last 10 years of shooting weddings for cousins, best friends, and strangers turned friends.

There is SO MANY emotions being felt on these very human days and I take it as my job to create space for these emotions to arise but document them as they come up as it is all apart of wedding days.
