Springtime Opulence 🌸

Grayter Events brought this Designers’ Challenge to life at The Brix on the Fox with vibrant spring hues, vibrant florals and plenty of romantic details.

The vision was simple: prove that luxury and romance don’t have to be dark and moody. We’re loving this bright, daytime take on wedding elegance.

you asked, wee answered ✨

Is one bartender enough for 100 guests?

We personally as a business will not send out 1 bartender for 100 guests (even if it is just beer and wine), because we have learned over the years how important it is to maintain service and flow.

However, there have been very, very, very few events in which we have seen that one bartender can work, here is the best example:

—— An event where 100 guests come in staggered (not all at once) and beer and wine with limited choices is only being served, no cocktails. ———

There is a lot of prep our team does behind the scenes to prepare for events, so we always send out two bartenders + for 100 guests even with a relatively simple menu. We’ve learned over the years what works best for our team, our clients and the quality of service we are trying to deliver.

Le Baby Club ☀️

St. Tropez-inspired from the moment guests arrived.
Custom fabricated entry, backdrop & bar, a statement ceiling, striped tablescapes, bespoke furniture, custom backdrops, postcards, cookies, live gelato, strolling tiramisu & cannolis... and about a hundred little details in between.

Just the way we like it. ✨
