Here’s a course I did a few years ago with some LE officers with a non profit company offering training and equipment.
I remember how freaking cold it was! 🥶🥶

Fighting from cover and closing the distance . Moving while shooting, a super important hard skill!
#do you practice and train these?

Leave your answers in the comments and have a great week!

Crushed this 2-kettlebell burner today! 💥 5 rounds of pure strength, stability, and conditioning.

If you want to build functional strength and a bulletproof core, save this routine and try it out!

Day 75 Protocol:
- Push Ups x 10 Reps (Hands in the horns)
- Kneeling Seesaw Presses x 5 reps each side
- Underhand Gorilla Rows x 10 reps
- Swing to Swing Clean x 5 reps each
- Front Rack Standing March x 10 reps each side
Rest 90 seconds in between each round.

Here is exactly why this workout is so effective:
* Kettlebell Push Up: Elevates the classic push-up. Gripping the horns forces intense wrist and forearm stability while deep-diving into chest, tricep, and anterior deltoid development.

* Kneeling Seesaw press: Eliminates leg drive to isolate the shoulders and upper back. The alternating “seesaw” motion keeps your muscles under constant tension and forces your core to stay tight so you don’t tip over.

* Gorilla Rows: Massive posterior chain and back builder. The underhand grip shifts the focus to your lower lats and biceps, while the deep hinge position challenges your hamstrings and lower back stability.

* Swing To Swing Clean: Total-body power and coordination. It blends explosive hip extension with upper-body pulling mechanics, spiking your heart rate for a serious cardiovascular and fat-burning boost.

* Front Rack Standing March: The ultimate core and posture finisher. Holding the weights in the rack position hammers your upper back and shoulders, while marching on one leg builds bulletproof hip flexors, balance, and deep abdominal strength.

Total body. High intensity. Maximum efficiency.

Save this for your next session and let me know if you survive all 5 rounds! 👇

No breaks. No wasted reps. Just work.

2 kettlebells, 20 minutes, EMOM: 2 full reps per minute.
* Row: flat back, pull from the lats, not the arm.
* Clean: let the bell float into the rack, don’t muscle it up.
* Thruster x2 : squat before you press, drive through the heels.
* Swing: hips do the work, arms just come along.
* Snatch: punch through the bell at the top.
* Push Up: full lockout, control the way down.

Day 51 of 150.

Get ready to torch your core, build explosive power, and level up your functional strength with just ONE kettlebell!

Save this workout for your next training session.

Today’s Workout:
- Around the World, Reverse Lunge, Press x 5 reps each side
- Snatch w/ Rotation x 5 reps each side
- Waiter Curls in Deep Squat x 10 reps
- Close Grip Push Up on Bell x 10 reps
- Sit Ups x 15 reps
5 rounds total, resting 90 seconds between each rep

Here is exactly why this unique flow delivers massive results:
- Around the World + Reverse Lunge + Press: This complex is the ultimate test of dynamic coordination. It builds single-leg strength, stabilizes your hips, and forces your core to lock down before driving overhead strength.

- Snatch with Rotation: Build explosive power in your posterior chain (glutes & hamstrings) while leveling up your shoulder stability. The rotational twist at the top unlocks thoracic mobility and bulletproofs your obliques.

- Deep Squat Waiter Curl: Master your hip mobility and ankle flexibility while building serious bicep and forearm strength. The deep isometric squat hold means maximum lower-body time under tension.

- Close-Grip Push-up: Crushes the triceps and inner chest. Squeezing the sides of the bell forces intense wrist stability and grip strength while allowing for a deeper range of motion.

- Sit-ups: The perfect finisher to isolate the anterior core and exhaust the rectus abdominis after a demanding full-body workout.

Let me know how you did 👊🏻

3 Moves for Explosive Power & Core Strength!

Save this circuit for your next training session.

By pairing a heavy ballistic swing, a unilateral back burner, and a deep bodyweight core finish, you get a full-body smash that leaves nowhere to hide.

Today’s Workout: Every Minute On The Minute:
- Swings to High Pulls x 7 reps each
- Kick Stand Row x 7 reps each side
- Laying Toe Touches x 7 reps each side
Resting for the remainder of each minute after the exercise

Here is what you get out of each movement:
Swing to High Pull
• Upper Back Power: Spikes the intensity of a regular swing by adding an explosive pull for your traps and rear delts.
• Glute & Hamstring Drive: Forces an aggressive hip hinge to launch the heavy kettlebell upward.
• Athletic Timing: Builds incredible total-body coordination at the peak of the movement.

Single-Arm Kick Stand Row
• Crushes Imbalances: Isolates one side of your back at a time to build symmetrical strength.
• Anti-Rotation Core Work: The staggered stance forces your obliques and legs to fight torso twisting.
• Heavier Loading: The kick-stand base supports your spine so you can safely pull a much heavier bell.

Lying Leg Raise to Toe Touch
• Total Ab Domination: Fires up the lower abs on the way up and crushes the upper abs during the crunch.
• Hip Mobility: Active hamstring stretching and hip flexor control to keep the legs straight.
• Spine Decompression: Gives your back a break from heavy loads while keeping your core under tension.

Ready to sweat? Grab your heavy bell and give this one a go!
