ok @eating.at.altitude this is one recommendation i don’t need to try 3 times in order to recommend.

The $15 smash burger + pint special from @weldwerksbrewing is 10/10, honestly the best smash burger I’ve had in northern colorado in a very long time!

@forkaround.greeley restaurant week just wrapped its first week of delicious foodie finds, but you still have one more week to check out all the delicious flavors of downtown Greeley, and @weldwerksbrewing should definitely be on your list!

Day Two of Fork Around meant two stops!

First (with special guests @hewent2jerred & @goodlight_creative (not pictured, but kinda is?)) at @oakandmaplewaffles! This was their $15 Dollar Deal!

Second stop was @weldwerksbrewing with my favorite burger in town and a brew for $15!

Be sure to follow @forkaround.greeley to find all the deals and fork around yourself!

Days 4 and 5 of our Colorado trip were spent sightseeing and catching up with dear friends!
Once we finished “Midwest goodbye-ing” everyone from the wedding, we hit the road towards Colorado Springs to visit @gardenofthegodspark !
Dennis found a rest stop that looked over Wilkerson’s pass. We loved how you could come walk the trail or enjoy lunch and could see Pike’s Peak - the views never got old!
We made a pit stop to try the infamous margaritas and nachos at @crystalparkcantina and then checked into our hotel suite 🤩 We met up with Tessa and Evan BUT FORGOT TO TAKE A PICTURE 😭
The next day was truly a perfect day. We enjoyed the warm weather exploring the local shops and attractions of Aurora specifically @redrocksco ! The extent of our hiking was climbing the stairs of the theater and the trading post trail 💀
Next on the itinerary was visiting my old stomping grounds for a quick lunch and brew at one of my favorite Greeley Breweries, @weldwerksbrewing
Stay tuned to see who we hung out with on our last night in Colorado 🙈

This might be the coolest experience I’ve had so far with the crazy beer project. Pouring at Mikkeller Beijing was so amazing. Can’t thank @mikkellerbeijing an for being the best hosts. Also thanks to my China tour partners @futureexcellentbeer, @messorembracitorium @suds_n_nugs , @luisinqc and @talltreesbrewlab for pitting up with me. And as always thanks to my super supportive wife @marleanez08 for being so cool with all this craziness. And don’t forget @milieufermentation for making all this possible.
