🔥🔥🔥 WELDWERKS INVITATIONAL FESTIVAL IS BACK!!! 🔥🔥🔥⁠ ⁠ That’s right, WIF is returning in 2027, and we’re once again bringing together some of our best-buddy breweries from across the country for one hell of a day of incredible beer, good people, and general shenanigans. 🤘⁠ ⁠ The festival will take place on Saturday, February 20th, 2027, at the DoubleTree Hotel in Downtown Greeley, just a couple of blocks away from the taproom. As always, the day will be broken into two three-hour sessions, giving you plenty of time to make your way through some seriously special beers.⁠ ⁠ Here are the need-to-know details:⁠ ⁠ What: 2027 WeldWerks Invitational Festival⁠ Who: WeldWerks Brewing Co. + 40+ of some of the best breweries from across the nation⁠ When: Saturday, February 20th, 2027⁠ – The day will be broken into two three-hour sessions––⁠ ⁠ First Session: 11am–2pm⁠ Second Session: 3:30–6:30pm⁠ Where: DoubleTree by Hilton Greeley at Lincoln Park⁠ ⁠ Tickets: On-sale date and pricing will be announced soon⁠ Hotel Block: TBD — more details coming soon!⁠ ⁠ We’ll have more details to share soon, including the full brewery lineup, ticket information, and hotel accommodations. New merch just landed, and we’ve got a little something for the seriously curious beer nerds and the flannel-obsessed among us.⁠ ⁠ First up: the new Dialed-In Tech Tee, printed locally by @gowesttshirtco––featuring hops, fermentation, beer, a topographical map of Greeley, and basically everything we love crammed into one seriously good-looking design. 😍⁠ ⁠ We also made a very limited run of 11" x 17" posters featuring the same design, printed right here in Greeley by @hilo_design_co. There are only 50 of them, so once they’re gone, they’re gone. 👀⁠ ⁠ And then there’s our one-of-a-kind Woodland Flannel, courtesy of @bristmfg. This year, we’re celebrating a decade of bottled Medianoche releases with a very special double feature: two decadent bottles, each with its own story to tell.⁠ ⁠ 🌙 2026 MEDIANOCHE marks the 10-year anniversary of bottled Medianoche releases. For this monumental occasion, we scoured our barrel room in search of the barrels that best represent the original barrel-aged imperial stout that started it all. For the first time, we’re also incorporating multiple double barrels into our annual Medianoche release. This year’s barrel list is, as always, a true crowd pleaser, featuring eight-year Stagg Jr., 10-year Henry McKenna, eight-year Buffalo Trace, 15-year Blanton’s, 14-year Old Fitzgerald, six-year Weller, 15-year Heaven Hill, and 10-year Templeton rye. Rich, bourbon-soaked vanilla dominates the nose before giving way to notes of brown sugar and oak. The silky mouthfeel is reminiscent of a bourbon espresso martini, rounded out by soft rye spice.⁠ ⁠ 🍫 DUBAI CHOCOLATE MEDIANOCHE was born from the viral sensation that has since become a staple in the dessert world. This imperial stout was aged extensively in Willett, Buffalo Trace, and Stagg Jr. bourbon barrels, then layered with generous additions of milk chocolate, pistachio, and pistachio cream to create the creamy, decadent mouthfeel that both Dubai Chocolate and Medianoche are known for. The aroma is pure chocolate-covered pistachio, followed by flavors that deliver exactly what you’d expect: a bite of Dubai chocolate dipped in bourbon, followed by a bold, lingering finish of nutty oak.
