A year ago, an opportunity came about on a whim.

Dr. Dominique Harmath brought EBG Creative in as well@work’s Social Media Director. What started as a chance quickly became the foundation of something I didn’t yet realize I was building.

Dominique trusted EBG before it had clients, a portfolio, or proof of what it could become.

Through @wellatworkinc , I discovered how much I loved this work and began to see a real future in it. Eight months later, as I was finishing my degree, I started reaching out to other businesses. Clients signed, projects grew, and the career I had imagined quietly started becoming real.

This past summer, EBG locked in. Four months of long days, new clients, and full creative briefs spanning websites, pitch decks, reels, and everything in between. I was building something special while helping other people build what was special to them.

The reel I chose for this post is from a tennis content day with well@work. It’s filled with laughter, smiles, and the pure joy of creating something together. On the days I feel burned out, I come back to it. It reminds me where EBG began and exactly why I started.

This one’s for Dominique. Thank you for taking a chance on EBG before I fully understood what it could become.

EBG Creative is here. And we’re just getting started.

Nothing better than earning your comeback.🙌🏼

Last year I suffered a SLAP tear in my shoulder.
Turns out… SLAP tears don’t slap.

What it took?

1. REHAB. 9 months of it. But we avoided surgery.

2. An unreal sports therapy team.

3. Playing racquet sports opposite handed to maintain my sanity.

4. Active effort to find a new form of joy without racquet sport in my life.

To those in the injury ditch, hang in there. It’s temporary. ☀️

See you on court soon💃🏻
