6 years of @shaep.co, celebrated in the city where it all began 💛

Getting to come back to Toronto and be in a room with so many of you meant more than I can say. There were day ones who have been with me from the very beginning, current members, and so many of you who are now part of shaep ELITE. To move together and connect in person was is always so special.

Thank you for always showing up and for being part of this community 💛 I’m forever grateful for it!

I love you all so much, and I’m already thinking about where we should go next. What city should we pop up in?! 👀

my traps after carrying the weight of… everything ✨

finally tried a FOHOW bioenergy massage, which combines massage with bioenergy and meridian-based bodywork. I had most of the focus on my neck + shoulders and it was very needed.

one more thing added to my growing list of ways I like to unwind ✨
