Enjoyed a ride at Ogden Park with folks from Novant Health yesterday.
Thank you @wellfeded2022 for a delicious meal for our volunteers as well.

It was a cold afternoon so we had blankets out and you can see that one of our volunteers, Bart, was trying to warm in the sun! ☀️

Remember when we didn’t need a reason to go outside and play? We just called it recess.

This past Sunday felt a little like that.

Recess at the Lake included all the things that bring joy into my life! A one-mile run. Spin class. Yoga. Pilates. Meditation and sound bowls. Red light therapy. Skin care. Healthy food. Local businesses. Nonprofits. Friends everywhere.

And an alligator casually swimming through Greenfield Lake, just to keep things interesting. 😂

I clearly took full advantage of the day.

Everywhere I looked, people were moving, talking, laughing, trying something new, cheering each other on, and running into someone they knew.

Wilmington showed up.

Sunshine, community, good people, good energy. That’s a pretty solid Sunday. 💫

Big shout and of love and gratitude goes to @a_dori_belle @recessbybevinprince @revfederal @greenfieldlakeamp @iamresilience_tn and all the people who made the day such a good one.
