“Wave of Bliss” by @nectarofsounds
the name I chose for this sacred evening under the full moon eclipse. 🌕✨

Yesterday, something deeply profound moved through me.

As I poured my heart into the flute, my breath and this sacred instrument became a channel ,carrying darkness, grief, love, and surrender. At the same time, I felt completely present: rooted in my heart, aware of my surroundings, and deeply connected to the universe moving all around me.

The sounds slowly transformed into prayers.

Each breath, each note, became a way of reaching across time and space — connecting me with all the beings I have loved and lost over the past few years, and with those whose presence still lives within my heart.

For a moment, there was no separation between breath, sound, grief, love, and spirit.

Only a wave.

A wave of remembrance.
A wave of surrender.
A wave of bliss. 🌊🤍

And the flute became the voice of everything that words could not express.

I’ve been slowly creating a space to interview holistic wellness facilitators and community leaders, giving them the opportunity to feel seen and heard. At the same time, it’s allowing others who are just one step away from making a positive shift in their lives to feel free to follow along @wellmate.me #CommunityBuilding #MentalHealth #HolisticWellness

✨ My books are open ✨

As winter invites us to slow down, soften, and retreat into the warmth of our own cocoon, I find myself opening space for a handful of new one-on-one clients.

If you’re feeling called to go deeper, I would love to work with you.

🌙 Private Rituals & Ceremonies
🏡 House Blessings & Clearings
✨ Birthday & Life Threshold Blessings
🧘 Meditation, Yoga Nidra & Breathwork
🎶 Chanting, Mantra & Sacred Practice

Whether you’re moving through a transition, longing for more meaning, seeking healing, or simply wanting a space to reconnect with yourself, this season is a beautiful time to turn inward and listen.

Sometimes we don’t need more information. We need ritual. We need presence. We need a space to remember who we are.

If you’d like to explore working together, send me a message. I’d love to connect 🤍

Jana Maleki from @wellmate.me spoke to me on The Startup Muse podcast last week (link in bio). Why does she love being an entrepreneur? It's the same answer all powerful business builders say.
