We’re stepping into discomfort for this one.

Cold plunge and sauna: a simple way to challenge the body, reset the mind, and slow things down before getting into real conversation.

Different setting, same intention.
We move, we reset, then we connect.

If you’ve been looking for a way to break routine and do something that actually sharpens you, this is it.

There’s a lot of pressure this time of year to reinvent yourself overnight. But real change doesn’t come from drastic resets, it comes from showing up again and again; with support, purpose, and patience.

If you’re still here, you’re already doing something right.
Keep going. We’ll walk it together.

Gentlemen,

This Sunday marks a special one for MAN/kāv.
December 7, 2025: our final meetup of the year, and the 2½-year mark of this community we’ve built together.
Plus… we’ll be celebrating another meaningful milestone you’ll hear about at the meetup.

Train 8NINE – 3117 Bird Ave, Miami, FL 33133
Starting at 10am

We’ll kick things off with our partner workout; the team-building piece that lowers walls and reminds us we don’t walk alone.
Then we’ll move into our monthly conversation, where we connect, reflect, and close out the year stronger than we started it.

This is one you won’t want to miss.
Come ready to work.
Come ready to connect.
Come ready to close out 2025 the right way.

This Saturday we move for more than miles.

The Never Walk Alone 5K brings together firefighters, first responders, and our community to raise awareness for PTSD.

After the run/walk, join MAN/kāv for a men’s discussion:
“Talking It Out: The Power of Connection and Brotherhood.”

It’s about breaking silence, building connection, and standing shoulder to shoulder.

Visit @neverwalkalone_ptsdawareness to sign up for the 5k or the BBQ!

Saturday, Oct. 18
Amelia Earhart Park, Hialeah, FL

This isn’t Breathwork 101.
This is Immersive Alchemy — where the breath becomes the weapon, the healer, and the revealer.

You don’t just exhale stress… you release what has been holding you back for years.
You don’t just inhale air… you receive revelation, clarity, and power.
You don’t just practice breathwork… you are transformed by it.

This is breathwork on another level — deeper healing, deeper release, deeper insight.

Are you ready to let go of the old story?
Are you ready to receive what has been waiting for you?

Step in. Breathe deep. Transform.

Gentlemen,

Saturday, August 23 at noon: we’re back at Train 8NINE.

Partner workout. Topic discussion.
We move together, sweat together, and get real.

This isn’t about fitness.
It’s about fighting for the man you’re becoming; mentally, physically, and emotionally.

We don’t fake strength.
We build it.

Show up. Stay sharp. Be ready.

Gentlemen,

We’re back at it:
Saturday, July 26 at noon at Train 8NINE.

Team-building workout first.
Real conversations after.
Because strength isn’t just built in the gym, it’s built in the way we show up for each other.

Show up. Sweat. Grow.

This past Sunday, we broke down walls. Between men and women, between different communities, and within ourselves.
We pulled back the curtain on what real inner work looks like. The reel above is just a taste.

Two therapists with different styles, backgrounds, and perspectives showed us that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to healing.
We were reminded that therapy is a dance, and so is learning how to support the people we care about.

Huge thank you to Gilza Fort-Martinez (@toughlovehealer ) and Carlos Escanilla @thecarlosescanilla ) for their powerful, honest presentations that sparked connection, reflection, and growth.

A special thank you to our friend Sofia of @wellnecessityco , who gave us a little taste of her film/documentary. Your work inspires us, and we can’t wait to see the finished product.

Thank you @mfdbenevolent for allowing us to use the Benevolent Hall to make a powerful impact 🙏🏽

To everyone who showed up: thank you.
Your presence made it what it was.
We’ve received nothing but love and powerful feedback.

We’re already planning next year’s event, stay tuned!
This is only the beginning.

Those old messages about men’s mental health? They still matter.
But we’ve heard them, a lot.

The next step is asking:
👉🏼 Are we ready to truly support men when they do open up?
👉🏼 Are we willing to adapt to how men express emotions and what they actually need?

It’s not about throwing out the old messages. It’s about building on them, and moving the conversation forward.

Encourage. Support. Listen. Adapt.
Let’s create spaces where men feel heard. 🙌🏼

Save & share if this resonates. 🫶🏼

🚨PLEASE READ CAPTION🚨

You see the smile.
You see the uniform.
You see the heart sign with my hands.

But what you don’t see…
was the war raging inside me.

Behind that smile, I was battling PTSD, depression, anxiety—
and eventually, drug addiction and suicidal thoughts.
I wore the badge, but I felt broken.

I smiled for the world, while silently screaming for help.

But here’s the truth:
Healing is possible.
Hope is real.
And you don’t have to fight this alone.

Speak up. Reach out.
There are people who care.
There are people who will walk with you through the storm.
And most of all—there is God.
And with Him, no battle is too big.

If you’re struggling, I’m living proof:
Light can break through the darkness.
