simple, not easy.
Daily practices to build a new baseline, expand inner terrain, and positively shift trajectory.

It was so much fun designing an optimal performance team building workshop for a group of young, aspiring provincial level soccer players. We covered mini-lessons on heart-mind coherence, how to get out of our heads and into our body and the present moment, we practiced shifting emotional and nervous system states, we developed shared team values, and visualization techniques for peak performance.
The highlight, by far was guiding the team through multiple embodied practices where they were able to experience shifting into coherent, renewing, flow states. Each player walked away with a new set of tools, resources, and shared experiences they will get to use throughout the course of the season and well beyond.

Yesterday’s Centrepoint session @wellness_den was on another level. Calling it just “breathwork” doesn’t do it justice.

@swartzac and @tyrellmara take you on a journey through breath, sound, and live instruments. In endurance sports and coaching, learning to regulate the nervous system through breath is such an important tool and this session really drove that home.

If there are still spots left, do not miss the last session.

Thank you guys for the early invite. You have something truly special here.

guiding groups into moments of connection, coherence, collective effervescence, and landing is one of my favourite explorations. It was so fun sharing a moment at the last @themodernmedium spiritual gathering at the amazing @sababistro_. I can’t wait for the next one! #fortlangleybc #community #nervoussystemregulation #heartcoherence #mindfulness
Thank you @madmagic.co for capturing all the magic! 🫶🏻

Still taking it all in🤍

Today was so much more than our first mini retreat.

It was a vision we’ve held in our hearts coming to life….
a space to slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect, feel, heal, laugh, play, share and simply be.

To every beautiful soul who chose to spend this day with us, thank you. Thank you for trusting us, for showing up with open hearts, and for allowing yourselves to be fully present in the experience.

There were moments today that we will carry with us for a lifetime. Witnessing the vulnerability, connection, joy and energy shared in that space reminded us exactly why we started this.

A special thank you to Tyrell at The Wellness Den for your support and for sharing such a beautiful, sacred space with us🙏🏽

We’ve dreamed of creating experiences like this, and seeing this one come to life was more beautiful than we could have imagined.

Our hearts are overflowing.

Thank you for being part of the beginning🤍

With so much love + gratitude,
Cassandra & Jason
