10 Day Cleanse ✅DONE‼️ *
No Animal Protein 🥩 🚫
No Dairy 🥛 🚫
No grain 🌾 🚫
No alcohol 🍷 🚫
No Sugar 🍭 🚫
if any of you are looking for an easy cleanse, this is it! Seriously! Highlights and MUSTS:
*
*i never felt hungry
*i did feel lil tired but I maintained my normal work out routine (Pilates, orange theory and hiking). I should’ve eaten a little more or taken it down a notch. *i consumed 900-1200 calories a day, lost 5lbs (normal for me is 1300-1800)
*prep is everything! Prep all your veggies in batches. I roasted 3 sheet pans of veggies at a time every 3-4 days. Sheet pan, 425 *, fresh lemon juice, s&p, light light light drizzle of coconut oil, 20-30 mins depending on veggie. *felt bloated first few days
*pipes will move frequently if you know what I’m sayin’ 😉
*my skin was super hydrated *on big exercise days a tablespoon or 2 of peanut butter (Mara Natha Organic, only 2 ingredients) or a little avocado saved my a$$. *cook meals like you normally would just omit animal protein and all the other seasoning crap. I would sauté mushrooms spinach broccoli that I usually have chicken with but I just did my usual sauté without protein
*you can have 1-2 servings of lentils, peas or legumes a day (not a fan but I needed it)
Here’s where I got the cleanse thanks to my good friend @wellnessbeddy @thisisorenda
