If you’ve been thinking about trying Pilates but haven’t been quite sure where to begin, I’d love to invite you to our next Foundations class.

This class was created especially for people who are new to Pilates. We’ll take our time, learn the basics, get comfortable with the equipment, and help you feel confident before stepping into a regular class.

You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or know anything about Pilates before you come. That’s exactly what this class is for.

Come learn, ask questions, move a little, and see what Pilates might offer you.

We would love to have you join us. 🤍

I love creating experiences that help you slow down and really come back to yourself. 🤍

Movement. Breath. Essential oils. Sound.

The oils are such a beautiful part of AromaYoga—some feel grounding and settling, others bright and uplifting, while others invite you to soften, exhale, and let go.

Come as you are. No yoga experience necessary. Just take a little time for yourself and hopefully leave feeling lighter, calmer, and a little more like you. 🌿

I’d love to share this experience with you.

14 years of marriage and we still like each other!
We’ve built a life together, weathered a few storms and more importantly laughed a lot.

A little sneak peek of something I’ve been quietly creating… 🤍

Right next door to Simply Pilates, a new space is taking shape.

Smaller. More intimate. A little quieter. And a place where I’ll be able to bring together more of the work I love — private movement, restoration, essential oils and a few very special small-group experiences.

There’s still more to come (including some very important Pilates equipment 😉), but I couldn’t wait any longer to show you.

And our very first experience in this space is already in the works. 🌿

More soon… by @wellnessbeddy
