We are so excited to officially announce that Mia is stepping into the role of our second Studio Manager! 🩵✨

Since joining Aligned, Mia has brought warmth, leadership, and an unwavering willingness to help wherever she's needed. Whether she's supporting our instructors, caring for our members, or keeping things running behind the scenes, she shows up with intention and heart every single day.

As Studio Manager, she will be:
• Leading instructor support and development
• Enhancing the member experience
• Strengthening our Dream Team
• Helping oversee the day-to-day operations that keep Aligned running smoothly

We are so grateful for everything Mia has poured into our community already, and we know she's just getting started.

This week’s inspiration was a reminder to help people feel seen. As we come off such a meaningful Team Appreciation Day, we reflected on how powerful it is to show up for one another, appreciate each other’s presence, and build a community where everyone feels they truly belong.

This week, we invite you to move through the world with a little more intention. 🌊

✨ Hold the door for someone.
✨ Smile at someone as you pass by.
✨ Learn someone’s name.
✨ Reach out to someone you’ve been thinking about.
✨ Tell someone how much you appreciate them.

The smallest moments often leave the biggest impact. You never know what someone may need that day, and a simple act of kindness can remind them they’re seen.
