NEXT UP AT POINT PARK: SHORELINE PLANTING!

After completing the dike repair, we’re moving on to the next phase - planting 130 erosion-control plants along the armor stone at Point Park!

📅 Friday, September 25
⏰ 12–6 PM
📍 Point Park

Leading the planting effort will be our neighbors Brittany & Anthony Magruder of Well Rooted Plants, who have also made a generous donation toward this project. We’re also grateful to Laura Bonnell for lending her expertise!

We’d love some extra hands! Stop by anytime between 12 and 6 to help with:

• Digging planting holes
• Planting
• Moving small/medium rocks into the armor stone crevices - a great job for older kids!

DM us to let us know you’re joining!

We’re also looking for a few more neighbors willing to help water the new plants over the next couple of weeks so we can create a schedule and spread the work around.

Every set of hands helps. 💚 Working together keeps our neighborhood safe, beautiful and thriving!
