As someone in the service industry, I spend most of my days taking care of other people.

After a fully booked week and a private event, it was my turn.

Full-body sculptural lymphatic drainage.
90 minutes of facial massage and buccal work.
A face lift without the face lift.

I now understand why models do this before shows and celebrities do it before red carpets.

Best day of my life. Highly recommend being maintained regularly.

i had have the extreme privilege of trying out / working with some incredible female founders who are working tirelessly to perfect their craft and build their businesses here in la (specifically the east side) and id love to tell you about them!

1. @wellstudiola is owned and operated by fellow Pasadena gal Colette. she performs incredible lymphatic drainage which has helped me tremendously pre during and post pregnancy. her studio is run out of an over the top charming 1920’s apartment on green street which just adds to the dreamy experience.

2. @healthwisela is owned and operated by Dr. Annie who has done so much for me i don’t even know where to start. she relieved my heartburn and back pain during my pregnancy with Carmela and helped me during labor. she has fixed my back, my pelvic pain, my TMJ, my moms shoulder and outside of chiropractic she practices Mericer Therapy which is a holistic way to aid with fertility.

3. @roseroisum does incredible bodywork. she’s wildly intuitive, does a killer massage (especially prenatal) and she’s been studying healing the pelvic floor for years now. there’s a lot of work you can do with her that’s wildly healing.

4. @cheeks.co is a facial and waxing salon that opened in old town Pasadena. Christina, the founder, is a momma who specializes in clean products and does a killer clean facial with tons of lymph work. they have a great selection of products and an incredibly relaxing environment.
