feeling good is hot. there is real magic in how good your body feels when it isn’t holding onto stagnant fluid and stagnant energy. trust me - after nearly popping a rib out of place to give myself a treatment and feeling so much lighter after hopping off the table - i fully endorse this message. it’s a need not a want. by @wellstudiola

it’s as if this is my newsletter, but instead my inner thoughts are revealed in photos. here we go: let’s start with this flower that only blooms for 24 hours. it always reminds me life is short so let’s enjoy the little things. like this flower.

i was sent this forever ago and have meant to discuss. my next write up will be about their products.

would it be me if i wasn’t carrying around strips of drying pee in parking lots to check my cortisol levels?

it’s not looking good for me and benny boo the love fern. revival tips are welcome.

just here to brag that i was in a sweatshirt during the 112 degree heat wave.

but then i came back to this during said 112 heat wave. never move.

my plants scheming on how to team up against me during their relocation. spoiler alert: they’re mad.

i feel bad but psa this gave me the most insane headache?? (i don’t know how to crop photos once i’m in this stage of the posting process so if you’re going to sell my feet i’ll take a cut please)

on the 180 of non-alcoholic, my weakness is espresso martinis but i don’t drink coffee. thank you to hermon’s for inventing the perfect size for my preferred kryptonite. like i say, everything is balance!

if you ever wonder, “what does colette do in her free time?” just pretend i only ever am reading on my kindle.

my life’s biggest obsession. if you’ve been on the fence of getting one of these puppies i can assure you that you will not regret it. i use it daily.

i got the best gift of homemade granola from @emlabowe and this is my plea to try to get her to sell it to the masses. by @wellstudiola

my biggest professional regret is never answering “describe yourself in 5 words” with a powerpoint of 5 memes. and yes i mean powerpoint not google slides because i was in the era where a job skill on a resume was “proficient in microsoft office.” but really i’m just here to confess that i actually have no clue how to use outlook.
