The countdown to High Point Market is on! As we prepare to bring our rugs cross country to show at @uniquekitchensandbaths in @313.spaces we’re taking a look in the DL archive at some of our favorite projects to date. Starting with @wellxdesign’s home that was featured in Vogue Living. Swipe for more! Design: @wellxdesign Architect: @brooksandfalotico Photography: @carolinesharpnack Styling: @francesfinds Rugs: @districtloom We sourced the majority of vintage rugs for Lauren’s Modern European home, including this custom sourced and altered vintage scatter rug- a soft layer against the polished primary bath. An earth tones vintage Persian Mahal runner playing with the marble, warm oak while tying in the black stove and lamp shades in the kitchen. Six vintage rugs, one stair runner. Pieced together through color, scale, and motif for a seriously good architectural moment. A softly faded vintage Persian area rug adds just the right amount of depth beneath tailored upholstery - letting the art and lighting steal the show. A custom sourced neutral vintage Persian Malayer sets a quiet foundational tone in this moody study. In the bedroom, a dimensional sunset palette Persian Sarouk vintage rug brings a pop of pink and pattern play to the layered palette. Want the full story? We're honored to have been featured in Vogue Living, highlighting Litt Concept House and our passion for antiques, collected interiors, and timeless design. Our antique English Work Table stole the show inside this stunning greenhouse. For decades, we've believed that the most beautiful homes are built over time - layered with pieces that carry history, craftsmanship, and character. Looking back on features like this reminds us how grateful we are for the designers, collectors, and clients who have been part of our journey. Thank you @wellxdesign for making us a part of your project. Home: @wellxdesign As seen in @voguemagazine and @wsj #VogueLiving #AntiqueFurniture #EuropeanAntiques #CollectedInteriors #InteriorDesign

Tapestries are back—and they’re showing up in some of today’s most beautiful interiors. No longer a relic of the past, they reflect the current shift toward layered, collected spaces that feel personal rather than perfectly polished. From European-inspired homes to dark, moody rooms to minimalist contemporary interiors, tapestries create dramatic visual impact without the commitment of wallpaper or a mural, while adding character, depth, and story to a room. Perhaps that’s why they’re having such a moment right now: they’re bringing back something many interiors have been missing. Swipe through and see why. → Design Credits ↓ 1 – @ryansaghian 2 – @studiomcgee | Photo: @amyneunsinger | Styling: @cate.ragan.styling 3 – @crystalsinclairdesigns 4 – @collarteinteriors | Photo: @davidmitchellphoto 5 – @aileenfitzart 6 – @christianelemieux @lemieuxetcie 7 – @wellxdesign | Styling: @francesfinds | Photo: @carolinesharpnack 8 – @belendomecqzurita 9 – @studiomuso 10 – @ryansaghian #tapestry #walltapestry #tapestryart #collectedinteriors #layeredinteriors

Week no. 19 of #52WeeksOfDesign ✨ Meet Well by Design 🏡 @wellxdesign: Lauren Sullivan believes that the best homes aren’t decorated — they’re collected. As the founder and curator of Well by Design, Lauren has built a platform rooted in a simple but countercultural idea: enduring spaces are built slowly, through pieces with presence, provenance, and permanence. 🌿 Her work centers on sourcing storied European antiques and placing them within modern homes with architectural integrity and restraint. Depth over trend. Patina over polish. Environments that feel gathered over a lifetime rather than assembled overnight. Through Well Found — the shop arm of Well by Design — Lauren offers hand-selected antiques sourced across Europe and chosen for their craftsmanship, character, and quiet strength. Every piece earns its place not for novelty, but for longevity. 🏺 Beyond the shop, Well by Design functions as an editorial resource — sharing material references, sourcing insight, and layered interiors that reflect Lauren’s distinct perspective on living well. In a world of constant reinvention, she is a steady, thoughtful voice advocating for something rarer: the home that reveals itself over time, layer by carefully chosen layer. 👉 Want to read more?
