POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I recently joined the Overcoming Emotional Eating podcast for a really thoughtful conversation on thyroid health.

We talked about what your “T’s” actually mean like TSH, T3, and T4 and why so many people are told their thyroid is “fine,” even when they still feel exhausted, anxious, or foggy. We also touched on how emotional stress can influence thyroid function, but shouldn’t be mistaken for thyroid disease itself.

If you’ve been trying to understand your labs, your symptoms, or just make sense of how stress fits into it all… this episode might help bring some clarity.

🎧 Check out “Do You Know Your T’s? That’s Your Thyroid, Not Your Traumas” on the Overcoming Emotional Eating podcast—available on all major platforms.

October is Menopause Awareness month!!

Did you know that there are 10 things that can happen in menopause due to declining estrogen levels? Hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, sleep disorders, urinary Incontinence, pelvic floor issues, increased risk of osteoporosis, brain fog, increased cardiovascular risk and dry skin.

As a result of these 10 things women also suffer from severe fatigue, increase in stress and anxiety, increase depression due to reduced self esteem and body changes, increase appetite and cravings and weight gain.

It is true! As women we so forget how much we do and how much are body is doing. It is time to honor our body and work WITH it. The more you know the better you do. And when we feel good we do good for ourselves.

She’s not just shaping strategy. She’s redefining how women are supported in midlife.

From seven-figure wellness businesses to coaching high-level achievers, @wendifrancisrd brings unmatched heart, vision, and impact to everything she touches. As Konenki’s Director of Strategic Growth, she is helping us build more than a membership. She is building a movement.

"I believe midlife is not a crisis; it’s a catalyst. Women don’t need to be fixed. They need to be met with truth, tools, and unwavering respect for their journey.
