When women support women, incredible things happen. ✨❤️

I had the pleasure of capturing the beautiful moments at WEPMPLS ‘s 7th Annual Women Empowerment Project, and it was truly inspiring to witness so many amazing women coming together to support, uplift, and celebrate one another. 🤍

A huge shoutout to the incredible ladies who organize this meaningful event year after year. Your dedication to bringing women together, creating connections, and inspiring others deserves so much appreciation. Kudos to you all! 👏✨

Honored to be recognized as a 2026 Women Empowerment Project Minneapolis (WEP MPLS) Kandake Models.

This year’s theme, PLANTED, is inspired by Acts 8:27 and the story of the Ethiopian official and Evangelist Phillip.

It reflects the truth that God plants people in spaces with purpose. Sometimes you are the first. Sometimes you are the only one. But you have been planted to:

Lead

Serve

Open doors

Make an impact

Thank you, Rashanda C. Scott, Pieces of Kandake, WEP MPLS for the opportunity to connect with a dynamic group of women who are planting seeds of social change.

My heart is FULL of gratitude! 🤎✨

Thank you to WEP MPLS for such a beautiful and meaningful experience!

It was an honor to serve as a panelist and have the opportunity to encourage, empower, and inspire other women through my testimony and my story.

There is something so powerful about women coming together, sharing their journeys, and reminding one another that we are never alone in the process. I’m grateful for the opportunity to use my voice, share what God has brought me through, and connect with so many beautiful, purpose-driven women.

Thank you for creating spaces where women can be seen, heard, celebrated, and empowered!
My story is my testimony, and my testimony is part of my assignment. I’m thankful God continues to open doors for me to walk in purpose and pour into others. Rashawnda C Scott Pieces of Kandakes Jewelry

Wow… Grand Rapids, Michigan really gave me an experience I’ll never forget!

What an amazing and honorable experience to be part of. I met so many incredible people, connected with beautiful souls, and had the opportunity to inspire others at an event centered around mental health.

All glory goes to God for every opportunity He continues to give me.

@Piecesofkandakes has officially completed our 12th show, and @Womenempowermentmpls journey of sponsoring events that align with our mission.

From the red carpet to the runway… this one was special. ❤️ #Pie#PiecesOfKandakesm#WomenEmpowermentMPLSc#MichiganFashiond#RedCarpetntalhealth

I’m excited to announce that I’m heading to Michigan to produce the @wwpfashionshow fundraiser fashion show with @hjgregg @m.a.i.v.e.n.a , with proceeds benefiting @benice.mi .

@piecesofkandakes will be featured on the runway, designing jewelry specifically for the show.

And I’m proud to announce that @wepmpls is an in kind sponsor of this event.

For those who have followed my journey, you know that my work has always been about creating opportunities to bring women together around confidence, self-worth, and mental health. That mission is what inspired me to create WEP MPLS Women Empowerment Project MPLS in the first place.

This partnership brings together three things I love: fashion, creative storytelling, and creating space for conversations that matter.

I’m excited to bring Pieces of Kandakes, WEP MPLS, and my production work to Michigan for this special event.

Michigan, I’ll see you on the runway! #fashionshowfundraiser #womenmentalhealth #piecesofkandakes #michigan #benice

For the last seven years, we have poured into women who have struggled with insecurity, self-esteem and finding their voice.

As women, we can reach major milestones and still find ourselves face-to-face with self-doubt once we get there. WEP MPLS was created to help women get their spark back, rebuild their confidence and use their voice.

It is with great honor that we announce WEP MPLS has been nominated for an award!

Voting Takes place September 10th! Every vote matters, and we truly appreciate your support! #piecesofkandakes #minnesota #explorepage #blackbusinessenterprises
