This Transitional Farmhouse home in Tempe is concealing an aquatic playground! Currently under construction on 2+ acres the front of the home has a very pastural traditional setting which fits nicely with the surrounding horse ranch neighborhood, but when you go to the backyard, virtually the entire area between the Main House, Guest House and Barn is a water oasis! Plunge pools, play pools, Baja shelves and spas including a literally floating Pool Cabana and bar fully surrounded by water.

The Primary Suite has its own private water garden with Spa/Pool. The Guest House is aligned on axis with the Main Residence covered porch and acts as another pool cabana with full indoor-outdoor bar. On the one side of the aquatic playground is a full Toy Barn for sports cars, bikes, motorcycles and all designed for family, events and entertaining right off the pool.

So happy to see my good friend @heyshaynoonan with this listing of this @candelariadesign @westconstructionaz and @creativeenvironments home in Silverleaf featured in my first book Mark Candelaria Homes! We designed this home for clients who later sold the home and has us design a home for them in Montecito, CA! I love how these homes and their stories just keep going and the relationships that are formed from their creation and then sales is just the icing on the cake!

Confession time: once I tired to make sugar cookies and my family thought they were dark chocolate… yeah I forgot to set timer 🫠 but the good news is my wife makes the best chocolate chip cookies now that I’ve been kicked off of baking duties.
