If you are going to build a home make sure the master bedroom is the perfect retreat.

This estate in Paradise Valley is one of several homes built by West Construction in Sonoran Paradise.

It originally started as a spec house but was so desirable, even in its early stages, that its original owners bought it mid-stream. The couple happily lived here for over 10 years - one of their longest stays at a single property. The spacious kitchen and dining facilities are perfect for entertaining. The lavish master suite proves to be intimate escape from the vibrant living spaces. But the impressive interior of this home is only half its appeal. With lush lawns, sprawling gardens, dual courtyards, and generous amenities at every turn this isn’t just home - it’s a slice of paradise.

6 Bedrooms, 8 Bathrooms, 7,758 SQ FT, Wine Cellar, Jetted Tub, Movie Theater, Gym

We don’t build houses. We build homes.

There’s a difference.

A house is drywall and square footage.
A home is intention, flow, and how you feel when you walk through the front door.

A house is built to sell.
A home is built to last.

At West Construction, we don’t approach projects with a template. We start with your life.

How you gather.
How you rest.
How you entertain.
How long you plan to live there.

We think about maintenance five, ten, twenty years down the road.
We think about light in the morning and privacy at night.
We think about the details most builders rush past.

Because anyone can build walls.

But building something that feels grounded, intentional, and uniquely yours — that’s different.

If you’re ready to build more than just a structure, let’s have a conversation.

We don’t build anything that doesn’t feel distinctly yours.

At Scott West Construction, every home is designed around your lifestyle, your standards, and the way you plan to live for decades to come.

If it doesn’t reflect you, we don’t build it.

We are not a one-size-fits-all builder. And we never will be.

Your location is different.
Your lifestyle is different.
Your long-term plans are different.

So why would your home look like anyone else’s?

At West Construction, everything we build is custom designed from the ground up.
Not pulled from a catalog.
Not slightly modified from a template. Not value-engineered into something average.

Every project begins with intention.

We think about…
How you live.
How you entertain.
Where the light falls in the morning.
What you want to see when you look out your windows.

From architectural design to material selection to final detailing, your home is built around you.

Luxury is NOT copying what worked for someone else.
It IS building something that works perfectly for you.

If you’re building in Paradise Valley or the Greater Phoenix area, and you want something truly custom (not mass-produced) let’s talk.

Breaking News: You do NOT have to settle when building your dream home.

An Arizona couple wanted to build a retirement home where they could comfortably grow old — safely, beautifully, and without compromise. They purchased a private lot in Scottsdale with sweeping mountain views and trusted West Construction to bring their vision to life.

The result: a timeless Mediterranean-inspired residence designed entirely on one level for seamless aging in place.

Wide doorways.
Curbless shower entry.
Effortless flow from room to room.

No future retrofits. No limitations later.

Architecturally, the home reflects Old World character with soaring ceilings, exposed wood beams, and handcrafted iron detailing — blending warmth with permanence.

But beauty wasn’t enough.

This home was built using state-of-the-art energy efficiency techniques and includes a solar array that fully offsets the electrical costs — creating a power-neutral residence designed for long-term sustainability.

Because retirement should feel secure — not uncertain.

The Details
3 Bedrooms | 3.5 Bathrooms
3,200 SQ FT
4-Car Garage
Heated Patios
