Six weeks ago we started the Daily Plank Happy Hour at @openxlife and we are still going strong. We started at a 1:30 min plank and tomorrow we’ll be finishing up our 2:45 min plank week. Day 24 of the Daily Plank Happy Hour!
I got this bug to do 30 days of planks and it went from me doing a 1:00 min plank in a conference room, to recruiting our Wellness Lead @whataboutwalker to join me to now 10 - 15 people planking for 2:15 min. Everyday at 2:45 the Plank Happy Hour goes off.
We are wrapping up our 2:15 min week and next week we tackle 2:30 min. Let’s go people! #dailyplanks #plankhappyhour #weplank #openxwellness @openxlife @randell182

Yesterday’s event at @lululemon was good for the soul. 🙏🏼✨Brad got everyone sweaty with some HIIT, I was lucky enough to lead everyone through a restorative flow focused on kindness and community, and then we were able to be present as friends and strangers (aka: new friends) shared their stories with @befreestories. ❤️ Sometimes I worry I’m too cheesy, feel “too much”, or believe too deeply in a kind world that simply isn’t realistic - sometimes our good intentions have been questioned because we’ve all been trained to be skeptical in this world - but ✨sometimes✨ I leave an event, a conversation, or a moment feeling a little more connected to all people... call me cheesy, naive, or starry-eyed, but I think the fact that all of us who are alive right now happen to be inhabiting the world at this very moment is pretty special, and I think we are all supposed to be connected on some level. 💕 Thank you to everyone who showed up and continues to show up to @givestrength events, and thank you to my @lululemonla and @befreestories fam for creating space for us to connect.
