THE FACES BEHIND THE FLOWERS 💐

One of my favourite things about creating flowers is seeing the joy they bring when they’re finally in the hands of the people they’re made for.

A beautiful day of colour, flowers, celebrations and very happy mums! 💙🩷

WHY SHOWING UP IS HALF THE BATTLE
Consistency is a word we often hear but rarely fully appreciate, especially when it comes to fitness and CrossFit. You might have the best workout plan in the world, but it won't mean a thing if you're not consistent!!

THE IMPORTANCE OF CONSISTENCY
BUILDS MOMENTUM
When you're consistent, you build momentum. Each workout becomes a little easier to start and complete, and before you know it, you're hitting PRs (Personal Records) you never thought possible.
CREATES ACCOUNTABILITY
Consistency creates a sense of accountability. When you commit to a regular workout schedule, you're more likely to stick to it, making it easier to track your progress and make adjustments as needed.
ENHANCES SKILL DEVELOPMENT
Consistency is key to skill development. The more you practice, the better you get. This is especially true in CrossFit, where mastering complex movements can take time.

HOW TO BUILD CONSISTENCY
START SMALL
Don't overwhelm yourself by setting unrealistic goals. Start with manageable tasks, like committing to two or three workouts a week, and build from there.
MAKE A PLAN
Having a plan makes it easier to stay consistent. Outline your workout schedule for the week, including rest days, and stick to it as much as possible.
FIND A COMMUNITY
One of the best ways to stay consistent is to surround yourself with like-minded individuals. The community aspect of CrossFit is perfect for this, offering both motivation and accountability.

‍
OVERCOMING OBSTACLES
LACK OF TIME
If you're pressed for time, consider shorter, more intense workouts. The beauty of CrossFit is that it's designed to give you a full-body workout in a short amount of time.
LACK OF MOTIVATION
We all have days when we're not feeling it. The key is to push through and get the workout done anyway. Remember, you'll never regret a workout, but you will regret skipping one.
FEAR OF FAILURE
Failure is a part of the process. Embrace it as a learning opportunity and don't let it deter you from your path to cons
