With this year's Paseo FEAST finished up, the grant has been officially handed off to Zachary Scalzo and the team of Whatever Works!

With your support, this grant will help with the workshopping of new scripts, performing staged readings of developing work, and creating production opportunities for OKC-area playwrights, directors, and performers for their 2027 season.

Congratulations to the Whatever Works team! We can't wait to see where you go!

That’s a wrap on 2026 productions for this lady, and I want to give a few shoutouts:

- To my wonderful husband that is at every show, and helping with the house and kiddos. I couldn’t do what I love without you babe, thank you. 💛

- To my kiddos, I know our schedule changes when I’m in productions, but you both are always so supportive and come to every show, and I will forever think it’s important for you both to see your mom being passionate about something. Thank you and I love you so much!

- To every. single. human. involved in making these productions happen, thank you!! Thank you for the hours of work, the passion, the joy, the frustration, and the beautiful art.

- To every human that came and supported the arts, and to those that continue to support the arts, THANK YOU!

Here’s to all of the cool shit we made in 2026, and to the cool shit we’ll make in 2027 (and there’s still VERY cool art happening throughout the year please check it out! Your girl is just tired and taking a well earned break until January!) 💛

This was sooo much fun! Loved my group and got to play all day! Thank you, Whatever Works for putting this together and assigning me to a team with Ian, Elise, Rainey, and Maurice! Would love to do this again sometime. ♥️💕❣️

24 hours ago a crazy group of local artists came together with passion, a prompt, and a banana chicken (duck? Did we ever decide?), and we created some badass art.

Thank you to @whateverworksisok for putting on The Last-Minute Play Festival, and to every single human that helped make this happen. What a group of absolute rockstars, and I’m honored to have been a part of this!

Checkout more of Whatever Works at whateverworksisok.com and never stop supporting the arts. 💛

(Also shoutout to the mini RENT reunion! I love y’all so much!)
