As I reflect on last nights Sculpt class, earlier that day it was a long, busy, and overwhelming day. My energy felt off, and my mind was running a million miles a minute. 🧠✨
But stepping into sculpt with @whatzuplex reminded me why I love showing up for myself. 🤍 Her motivation, the movement, and the push I needed helped me release the negative energy, quiet my mind, and reconnect with myself.
I left feeling lighter, calmer, stronger, and so grateful. 🧘🏽‍♀️✨ Grateful that I’m ABLE‼️Able to move my body, able to make healthier choices, and able to channel my energy into something that pours back into me, both mentally and physically.
Some days, the workout is about more than the physical results. It’s about protecting your peace, resetting your mind, and choosing YOU, even when life feels overwhelming. 🤎
Last night , I showed up for myself, and that was enough. ✨

Another Sculpt class in the books at @overflostudios_clt 🥵🤎
I walked in smiling… and left humbled 😂 if it wasn’t for @whatzuplex amazing energy idk if I would’ve made it through !!!!But honestly, that’s exactly why I’m loving this part of my fitness journey.
I don’t have to be great at everything I try. I just have to be willing to show up, learn, push myself, and keep going with an amazing energetic instructor to push me!
There’s something so rewarding about doing things that challenge you and realizing your body is capable of more than you thought.
Still learning. Still getting stronger. Still evolving. ✨
One class at a time. 💪🏽
